Simple and to the point. i like it
Repent of your sins and believe in the Gospel. Jesus is coming soon !!

This is so important and so many homes lack warm lighting!
Yesss - perfect vibe for a nap 🥱🥰
You fixed my view on lighting so much just with that intro switch from the ceiling light to the task light and I appreciate the fate that landed me on your short
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR THIS WHOLE TIME!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤❤❤❤
Such a cozy voice❤
I’m not even sure I’m gonna watch you, but this video was so straight forward that you earned a like and a sub
Everyone cozy untill one starts looking oddly flat💀
Beautiful ambiance, do you have links to your lamps?
Yeah, most of the lamps featured here are from our project portfolio. You can either go to our YT house to home playlist or look at the shoppable links on our website rlowell.com/ - or let me know at which second and I'll track them down for you :)
very informative thank you so much
Wonderful inspiration here❤ we went to ikea because they have soft cozy warm small lighting of all designs. Cozy fur carpets and throws. Love ⚘your channel so much❤
Looks like a romantic tutorial 😂
Perfect 😮
Lovely 😊
i used to use all warm bulbs but recently changed to white. The amber was making everything feel too dingy, but maybe I'll switch back when I get tired of the white.
I like this! My recent long form video is all about Scandinavian indoor lighting. :)
What is the name of the table lamp on the nightstand - the one that has the upside down shade?
my parents could never- they need a whole artificial sun inside the house
Can I use led warm bulbs, do make that?
Hi , hope you well , where do you buy your arc lamp ? the inox one thanks a lot
best way to create a cozy atmosphere is to have a low voice but whisper all the time
Also for the bathroom.
HOW DO I SAVE THIS SHORT TO MY PLAYLISTS
Easiest way I found was to like it, go to liked video and then add to playlist. Wish there was a direct way to save to a playlist
Hold down the screen and choose add to playlist on mobile. Or on desktop I think you tap the three dots, and it might be there(?)
@@Jamie_kemp the options on the hold down were newly added but this is the way now!
There isn't a playlist for shorts unfortunately, lately I've been saving the shorts' links into my notes app
@@SkyFoall you can save any short to any playlist
Where did you get the ceiling light shade from please? It’s when you say pendants that are fabric…
what scene is that on the Philip hue light app
Most if not all bulbs advertised as 2700k will not look like the color that he's presenting 2700k in this room. it's much warmer then 2700k which I've found very hard to find unless it's a 40$ smart bulb. Especially ambient floor standing spot light fixtures that require gu10 bulbs
3000K is my ideal. I find 2700K just too yellow. Most people don’t know the difference unless they see a side-by-side comparison.
❤❤❤
Can you make a Video on how to brighten a small townhouse with minimal lighting and small window please Ryan
If budget permits, skylights! But I'll put this idea for future videos.
Hey Reynard, how did you do the light behind your bed? it looks awesome and I really want to do this!!!
Ohh I just moved the bed a couple cm from the wall and put a light strip there.
@@reynardlowell I assumed, but how does it have that gradient? Brighter in the middle but lower on the sides? Did you use a specific light strip?
@@Pizzaahh Ohh that’s the positioning of the light. Place it higher in the middle, and then slope gradually downwards towards the side so the light intensity is stronger in the middle.
@@reynardlowell love the creativity! Thank you sm
0:37 Where to get this lamp??
Safavieh Santina Lamp, or Park Hill Collection Emerson Desk Lamp for a smaller version.
@@thawtianajawnson30 Thanks, I checked it is out of stock
Hey Raynard, how many watts would you recommend for two ceiling lamps (track lights) and two ambient lamps in a 215-sf living room? Appreciate your content.
Footcandle or lux (lumen per square meter) is the more important measurement as it measures light intensity, your lightbulb box/specs should mention that (candle power or lumens). You can then search online for how many footcandle or lux is needed for different rooms, and simply multiply them.
Look out for lamps with fabric shades, this is a do or a don’t?
A do.. he mentioned it while showing the photos of lamp.. hope this would have helped you
I followed your advice and I got some 2700k vulbs for mi living room, just to try because I thought that maybe you were using those.
It looks nice but it doesn't looks as nice as your lights. I don't know if is the camera or what but yours looks a little more Orange than mine. Are the lights that you use on this video 2700k? Because to me they look like 2000k.
Ahh I used the Philips Hue White Ambiance, they can go down to 2200K at the lowest (in the video I reckon its between 2200-2500K).
@@reynardlowell Thank you very very much!! I'm gonna try those temperatures. Amazing video btw, I'm always returning to your channel for advice.
easier said than done. i have ONE outlet per room (that needs to be connected to alllllllll electronic devices, tv, laptop, charger, music devices, grow lights for plants, vacuum cleaner, lamps and lights, hobby equipment, fans,…) and sometimes not even cables for overhead lighting. it sucks.
When I had this situation, I bought cute portable lights that charge with usb. Definitely more maintenance but it worked!
I only do 2000K and below. Anything whiter blinds me.
I don't like yellow lighting... seems weird to me.
Did you used the philips lamps to make the color warmer
Yup Philips Hue - white ambiance
those who managed to put this lights are top Gs life became far better when i fired all contractors
bro thinks we know how to measure damn kelvin literally most under rated type of temp
Step one (be rich)
much need... people need lessons on Lighting... it makes difference a lot but don't know how to use it
Step one. Don’t worry about your light bill
Lol its LED mate. Each bulb is about 8W at 100% (much less if dimmed warm) - 100 of these and it’s not even half the power consumed by a typical heater or ac.
I love all your tips except that candles are super toxic. For those of us that are lucky enough to have a sensitivity to them, we can feel within a few minutes how awful they are for our lungs, and if someone has asthma, it’s game over. That includes soy candles.
Oh no! Do you have the same reaction to natural beeswax candles?
