    The coach needs to be held somewhat accountable this doesn't happen at other schools

    I don't understand what's the point of hazing people when they come into something new ... Is that supposed to make people want to join faster or to make them not want to join period...only thing I could think of is it makes those losers feel better about themselves doing that to someone else sad world we live in

    This was essentially a gang initiation.
    The leadership of the team, and I mean the coaching staff.

    I don't get the violence Teenagers display these days in schools,this kind of behavior needs to be addressed . I blame the parents of these kids. You don't see this kind of violent behavior in other Countries and that alone should make us take a good look at why this is happening all across the US at schools.

    People think he has the freedom to talk to the family but as I have and am studying to be a teacher he doesn't have the freedom to the school will keep him quiet he has to wait till he can comment and he has to get to the whole story before he can comment because if he doesn't he will be held accountable for not telling the whole thing and the school still has power over him.
    I gave this man four years of my life and I will back him and my team. This is the players fault not his and nor should he be fired over it. You try watching and being a father and leader to kids from all walks of life and to be exact 120+ kids some parents can't even watch their 2nd child he watches 120+ of them stuff happens and yea we yell and party back there and that can be confused with this and I am sure the guys waited for the right time to do this when the coach wasn't there or something they are stupid but not stupid enough to do it in front of or near a coach

      @actionjackson2212 Před 6 lety

      Carter Cochran he has a broken arm cuz the two stupid ones that jumped on him like I said the one throwing the punches is a nice kid that wouldn't hurt anyone he isn't actually hitting him for real. Now the stupid ones that jumped on him they are the reason he is hurt

    take this down this is wrong and not Riley's fault. he is a good and honorable man it is the players who are wrong and bad not him. Why go after the good man and not the students that did this? why go for the good honest upstanding man?

    • @Webarry77
      @Webarry77 Před 6 lety +3

      Action Jackson, his failure to comment or reach out to the family is not good, honest, nor upstanding. That's why they want him fired. Any good leader knows that "the buck stops at them". He needs to step up and take some form of responsibility, show some remorse towards the family, and reassure the public that the kids are safe under his helm.

      William Barry u think he has the freedom to talk to the family but as I have and am studying to be a teacher he doesn't have the freedom to the school will keep him quiet he has to wait till he can comment and he has to get to the whole story before he can comment because if he doesn't he will be held accountable for not telling the whole thing and the school still has power over him.

      Doesn't matter, he's responsible for the environment in that locker room.

      It happened in the locker room. That's why it fall on him. Things going down in the locker room after practice is his full responsibility and he, or one of the several assistant coaches a football team has should of been there to stop that from escalating that far

    Also I am a former player and I know they were play fighting and not actually hitting the kid as hard as it seems the kid throwing the "hay makers" I know and he is a nice kid and he wasn't actually hurting him. The two that jumped on him they hurt him and they are at fault. But look at the kid with the broken arm he doesn't want to be on the news he is there cuz his parents. Which I understand parents wanting answers and "justice"

      I love how you're excusing this shitty behavior. And you mention in another post you're studying to be a teacher. Time to grow up and start thinking about things form an adult perspective. Also, you will be responsible for your class if that's the job you take. You will be held accountable for those kids if you let them "play fight" with each other like this.

      Action Jackson u are so full of it. And u claim to be studying in the education field you need to be trained extensively because u talking out of your ass. You are making excuses what if that was your love one being basically bullied and assaulted. Now think about that before u even try to teach and train students because u will be next in the headlines

      Something wrong with today’s youth. Everything is about brutality and violence. They thrive on it. They grow up without parental guidance, extreme violent video games, their idols are thug football players in the nfl and this is how they grow up. It’s time to wake up the parents and know if you are going to have children then teach them right from wrong as they grow up. Spend time with them. Be a real parent. When I was growing up nobody ever acted out in a manner to want to beat someone up for hazing? How disgusting.
