Dark haired girl looking like Jennifer Love Hewitt with the wind in her hair is a spoof on 'Can't Hardly Wait.'
As someone mentioned, the sultry girl is Cruel Intentions which is a remake of Valmont, which is a remake of Dangerous Liasons, which is based on a screenplay based on an old french novel.
Hot dogs for practicing oral sex is probably Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
Naked guy with whipped cream is Varsity Blues. (Girl in the original)

The "Two Dollars!" is a reference to Better Off Dead, which is a pretty nutty comedy from the 80s. You should consider watching it, it's really funny.

@@ptthatswhatshesaidWhile it is comedy genre, the director is unique and his style is Surreal. It’s not similar to Airplane style, but is similar to Airplane uniqueness. Special kind of comedy.

Fun fact for you: The band playing music at the prom, notably singing "Put Your Head(s) on My Shoulder" for the prom king and queen, is Good Charlotte. This was right between their first and second albums.

The sister stuff is a reference to Cruel Intentions.
Hollywood had and still has strict rules with casting actors under 18, so hiring young looking actors over 18 eliminates those harsh restrictions like under 18 could only work for so long and had to go to school on set and having to go through parents would be a nightmare and insurance on the picture would be outrageous. Adult actors do the work with less headaches and no restrictions.
I never thought of it in such practical way. In this case (silly comedy) it makes a lot of sense, much cheaper and more free to do wathever you want xD I would say if it was a very serious drama about transfers though, using older looking actors can seem very unrealistic

The singing in the stadium was from 10 things i hate about you😇 there is also breakfast at Tiffany's, she's all that, road trip, cruel intentions, american beauty, basically every teen movie from nineties until the movie 😋

I haven't seen even half the movies referenced in this movie, but I know of them. Still, one of the best Comedies ever made, because everyone seemed like they were having a blast making it, and to me, that makes any movie a good one.

Most of the older references come from the John Hughes teenage films of the 80s which culminates with the cameo of Molly Ringwald as the airline counter lady who was in Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles and The Breakfast Club.
Her I recognized since I saw The Breakfast Club, but neither of us as yet seen other classic teen movies 😬

Yeah! I know she also appears in a lot of other movies from the 80's but the only one I've seen with her is exactly the Breakfast Club

One usually unrecognized cameo was the older man whom tells Jake to go on thru to catch up to Janey. That was Lane Smith who, among other great roles, was the dad in Son-in-Law.

The Asian cultural imitator is making fun of Seth Green’s character in Can’t Hardly Wait who was doing black american culture appropriation.
The poo scene is actually really smart. The teacher is literally calling these kinds of movies excrement.

I hadn't seen all the movies it references when I first saw it, but I was generally aware of them. I'm not sure if this one or one of the first 3 Scary Movies is my all-time favorite. They're all pretty close.
I think a good spoof movie can work even if you haven't seen all the movies it references though
