    Beef Keema Karahi Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    -Oil 1 cup
    -Beef minced 700grms
    -Salt 1tsp
    -Cinnamon stick 1 inch
    -Green cardamom 3
    -Cloves 5
    -Tomatoes 5-6 medium
    -Splash of water
    Cover for 10 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
    -Red chili flakes 1tsp
    -Cumin powder 1/2tsp
    -Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    -Yoghurt 2tbsp
    -Green chili 5-6
    Cover for couple of minutes.
    -Crushed black pepper 1/4tsp
    -Garam masala
    Garnish with ginger Julienne.
    Serve the Keema Karahi with Tandoori Roti.
