So Yone maybe doesnt get played Sup, but I've seen some Yasuo Support in pro play lately (without Senna)

I've only ever played him in jg, usually when I'm bored of my usual junglers. Trust me, his clear was never slow. His ganks were never bad. He was a jungle monster from the start. I'd play him once every few months yet I always got fed and never felt like anyone can touch me. Yone is broken, always was, probably always will be

I have actually played a lot of yone jungle in normals. I just dont get him in the rankeds because it has very difficult ganks and if the team doesnt have another engager it can be really really hard to engage yourself. Also its preferable to use this pick when top or mid has a tank or a low income champ so that you can get some extra income otherwise you are going to starve if you dont get enough kills unfortunately. But it is very fun. I find it better to start noonquiver+boots like this guy and then go phantom dancer+infi and then swap noonquiver for blade+iceborn if i get enough done early. Its a fun twist and better late

Glad it's working for him. Around when Yone came out, I tested his jungling ability and did a lot of the same tricks. But I kept it all in practice tool and custom v bots.
Ultimately gave up on the concept because I frankly suck at managing Q stacks and have poor reaction speed.
The 'E over wall to stack Q and Q over' was an honest accident, because I assumed I could take the camp before E ran out... several times (throughout the multiple practice runs). Just happened to have Q one of those times.

When Yone was released, the first day i was playing midlane but the 2nd day i was playing him jungle. I knew it had potential
I tried it a year back and knew someone was eventually gonna main it. It’s always been viable. One of the cool things about league over the last 10 years from my experience is that a LOT of viable things exist out there, they just either aren’t popular or haven’t been discovered yet!
Riot though has been weird about off meta picks and potentially viable ones get hard nerfed for some reason because they "aren't being played in the right role".

Lethal tempo with atk speed boots should be enough to win almots any gank tbh. If you want more dueling power, bork rush. It gives him atk speed, 12%(massive) hp per hit and life steal. It would let yone be more open to other options like, bork+phatom+zeal then a tank item(since it's cheaper than other mythic).

i played this pick too when yone came out since i wasnt good enough to play in lane and i figured since he has no mana costs and low cd dmg he should be pretty good in the jngl (which he kind of is). the only problem is you dont really have pre 6 gank potential but since u wouldnt have enough dmg pre 6 anyways (because remember this is a scaling pick) u dont wanna gank early. I still dont know why this pick isnt more popular since it is very viable.

In 2020 i used to play Yone Jungle, and i got Godlike yone on league of graphs
Fun times, i still have some videos on it... From my experience playing Yone JG, either you play it perfectly all the time or you get demolished, you have to really commit onto not making ANY SINGLE MISTAKE or you'll be left behind. You have to constatly farm in other to maintain your gold straight, and be very careful, which is what monk does. And also, Yone can solo kill dragon lvl 4, but of course, it's VERY VERY HIGH RISK, you have to track the enemy jungler and get a good vision control over the Dragon's pit.

Something i found out by playing Zac pre bami buff you can get 1100 with full clear crab without futures if you don't buy potions you do have to wait a bit in base tho i don't know if yone can survive first clear without tho
