Omg fr I started watching these bc I can’t sleep due to anxiety and ptsd. Still ended up drinking to sleep lmao, but these stories help peacefully sleep way earlier than I ever would’ve without. It calms me to watch the same ones over and over and knowing the words. Makes my brain think less.
