The Brazil one was in context to the fifa match where Germany defeated Brazil badly and that too in Brazil...
And Japan fears 4 because in many East Asian cultures 4 is considered to be an unlucky number

1. Both of these countries have never interferred in the matters on any country in the world.
2. Both of these countries have never interferred in the world politics.
3. Both of these countries are presented as a threat to the world but both of them have never done any harm to any country (north korea has the mentality of united korea).
4. Neither of these countries have ever started was anywhere.
5. Both of these countries mind their own business.
(It is not for just these countries but also for nations like syria, iraq and iran.)
The USA
1. It would not be wrong to say that the usa is the biggest terrorist agency/nation in the world who has caused more wars in the other countries than any others.
