Like they always say, 'do not believe everything you see on the internet'. This is a clear case of that! Do your research and get all the facts. I watched Jason, his gf and the lawyer explain the case yesterday. The error was with the restaurant staff and not Jason. Jason was attacked and assaulted on pretext that he had stiffed the restaurant of rs 20 which was ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE! The wait staff should have been properly trained and assaulting someone on the head, causing a mild concussion is against the law! Period! That restaurant needs to shut down and an adequate compensation needs to paid to Jason and his gf. However no amount of money is going to help if he developed CTE to his brain.

Both the gf and Jason explained to the waiter that they used an alternative method to pay the rs 20 to the store but the waiter could not understand that and attacked Jason thinking he was leaving without paying. The store got the full amount. That is being left out by the restaurant.
