Great review again. I love The 3 Valleys but make sure that you are well rested before you go. The combination of going out at night and go skiing in the early morning is spicy.

6/10 for the lift system isnt fair atall.
the lift system maybe isnt the most comftable; but thats it!
Less comftable dosent mean the lifts are old/outdated. They used to build new six pack chairs without bubble till now (bouquetin (2020)). The lifts are as fast as the bubble ones at most modern austrian resorts. even better: in contrast to lifts in kitzbühl and many other resorts the lifts in 3V allways run at max speed. Way more important than a fancy bubble.
Next thing is the lift system as a whole. The placement of most lifts is perfect, minimizing the time from one end of the resort to another. It takes longer to go from one end to another in ski alberg (300km slopes) or even zillertalarena (150km slopes).
Last point; allmost all the lifts are long. No short connection lifts, no short gondolas you forced to do. Perfect for clean long ski runs on the same lift.
All in all the lift system focuses on the main purpous, which makes it one of the greatest. Calling it outdated is simply wrong when sticking to the facts. The only area with a handfull old MAIN lifts is courchevel.
You make some very good points, especially about efficiency and placement. That said, in my personal scale, I rate comfort as well as efficiency. I'll admit that 7 was probably a fair score too. Very nice comment though, thank you for taking the time to write a well-reasoned argumentation :)
