Our common room is so elegant, airy, mysterious. I can already picture myself spending hours reading and writing there. Or simply gazing at the towers, grounds, forests, and the eternal, blue sky... Can't wait to see how magnificent it looks at night, and how cozy it'll feel when it's raining and snowing. We're home, fellow Ravenclaws! Thank you, Avalanche!

Oh no. This is nice, certainly very beautiful. But Hufflepuff common room looks very nice and cozy, also very fresh-looking thanks to the plants. I find both rooms beautiful, but I prefer mine seriously (Hufflepuff here)
The Ravenclaw Common Room is really stunning and so airy! The details are really beautiful, the team did an amazing job.

They should add an option to allow you to sit in one of the chairs by the window and just listen to the ambience of the common room. This could be great when it's thunderstormy.

In Cyberpunk 2077, you can sit down on a couch in your apartments and watch TV or listen to music.

The amount of effort put into this is phenomenal. The aesthetic is on point, and everything looks spectacular. I am so excited for when this game finally comes out

Im literally tied between the Slytherin and Ravenclaw common rooms being the best. Slytherin has that nice flowing water between columns and that statue with the snake that looks sick. Ravenclaw is just beautiful and Im sp glad they focussed on creativity and not only books.

That's how I feel about Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, but I visit my friends in Slytherin. Such as Albus Potter. I have friends in an four Houses.
BTW I hope you don't mind a critique. I love green but I'm scared of snakes. Snakes are "sick" in the real meaning of the word, not sick as in "cool" or "awesome". So when I come to visit Albus Potter I have to bring my Riddikulus wand to temporarily turn the snakes into eels. (Eels slither too, don't they? IIRC they do slither. I'm not scared of them, though I'm scared of snakes.)

The amount of detail that went into the common rooms is absolutely fantastic. Also, love that they actually used the books to make these or at least i see a lot of references to what has been written there. As a Ravenclaw this is my favorite common room, but they all look stunning.

This is by far the most beautiful common room! Every single one is spectacular but I can say I am so proud to be a Ravenclaw. Can’t wait to stand still and admire this Renaissance/Classical Greek decor in awe when the game releases! 💙💙💙
Yes! I love the ensemble between the classical elements and the medieval ones, especially since I'm a fan of the dark academia aesthetic. Having said that... Those colourful desks we're so appropriate for the more excentric and artsy housemates! Avalanche nailed it!

Thank you for the description, I love classical and renaissance decor. I’m blind, but just the thought of the historical references makes this ravenclaw happy.
I love how each house is in an area of the castle matches the vibe associated with each of the house sigil creatures. The Ravenclaw common room is up in the sky with the towers, the Hufflepuff & Slytherin common rooms are hidden deep in the basements of the castle. Gryffindor’s common room is in another tower much like when lions bask on rocks to show superiority. Genius!
I never would’ve thought about the Gryffindor common room that way, that’s an interesting description.
All the common rooms they showed today were absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed, but this one has to be my favourite. I do love that Slytherin's windows look out into the Black Lake, and the earthiness and incredible colour and lighting scheme of the Hufflepuff common room is some of the coolest I've ever seen in a video game, but the vibe of this room is just pure perfection. Proud to be a Ravenclaw.
I'm a Slytherin but i gotta admit that the Ravenclaw common room has always been a favorite, the overall aesthetic is just beautiful

Now that you mention it, it is simple, but you wouldn't believe how excited I was when I finally saw the bronze eagle flapping its wings! It's the little things, the attention to detail, that will contribute to this game's success.
I know it will probably not gonna happen, but if the door just had the riddles like in the books, damn... They put so much effort into details. Why not into this important detail...

As a Ravenclaw, all the reading spots make me so happy! That chair by the window with the big bookshelf next to it at 00:19 is my spot!
I was placed in Ravenclaw in Pottermore, good thing my favourite colour is blue, and my favourite animal is the eagle. The Ravenclaw common room is my sort hangout, so orderly, so luxurious, and so ornate, I really like the woodwork and marble combination, it really complements the blue motif. I don't always say it, but I'll say it here, proud to be a Ravenclaw!
I watched all the videos and noticed a thing
Ravenclaw common room has a feeling of freedom in it . It's free , airy , full of light . The audio used gives the same feeling
Gryffindor common room has a sense of adventure. With banners , trophies , the environment ,the design by how the whole area is bright and sound its a place to show your bravery .
And lastly coming to Slytherin . It has a mysterious feeling just like every slytherin . It has never seen sunlight in million of years and holds all the secrets of hogwarts, of Salazar .

I love how hufflepuffs and ravenclaws are in the comments here and under the Hufflepuff video complimenting each other's common rooms and wondering if they should switch houses haha This is very relatable, I'm a hufflepuff at heart so I always choose it in games but I also have quite a bit of ravenclaw in me and I feel like it might be a nice experience to switch things up
It's definitely an inspirational location. I completely understand if anyone tells me that their productivity/imagination gets a boost from simply being there. The gentlest breeze passing through, the soft light, the calming juxtaposition of cold blue and warm bronze, the mellow scent of honey wax to polish all the wooden furniture and the fireplace... All would really help one to focus. Even from simply looking around, the mere existence of certain objects within the room is giving me ideas about things to learn, as if it all invited me to experiment. For example, am I the only one that feels inspired to seriously try the harp, despite having never learnt an instrument before? Or to bring a canvas to the rooftop and try to paint the landscape around Hogwarts?
I'm a Slitherin at heart, but boy is this making me want to be a Ravenclaw. It's the most beautiful of the four I'd say, absolutely stunning!
Now, this common room looks like a great place to absorb knowledge. Bright, clean and refreshing
I’m so excited to live in this common room. This is sooooo accurate to the book depiction. Gryffindor common room is very popular and recognizable because of the movies. Slytherin also looks close to the quick scene from the movie, seems to be the biggest in terms of space , cuz of the high cave ceilings and they have best entrance tbh, reminiscent of the Room of Requirement appearing in a wall. Hufflepuff common room tbh is the coziest of them all, I’m a Ravenclaw but Hufflepuff common room is actually the aesthetic i would comfortable live in in real life. Ravenclaw’s common room looks to be the most accurate tho, like down to the smallest details in the book, it looks the most elegant out of all the houses.
What I love about this is that they actually made the perfect ambiance to read books.

Best part of the clip is him spinning the globe with his wand. That is the little touches required to make you feel like your living in this world.
Idk about anyone else but as soon as I saw the harp I hoped there was a way to press a button to have it magically play.

Thought the exact same thing just being able to use magic for everyday little things in the game would make it so much more immersive tbh
OMG! The lighting is done so amazingly that I thought for a second this is real life footage!
Especially the soft shadows, the floor carpet textures, and glass windows.. everything is so damn real and extremely detailed 👍

Thank you so much for the amazing book details! As a proud Ravenclaw, I've been annoyed by all the blue and silver Raven merch and aesthetics. This is absolutely beautiful. I feel like I'm finally truly represented!
I've actually learnt to welcome both versions of the crest. Even came up with an in-universe reasoning as for why both exist. To sum it up: whilst the original crest had blue and bronze, with an eagle on it, the passage of time made some students question if the raven- element shouldn't be more prominent. This due to the existence of wise and often prophetic deities -- like Odin, Morrígan, Lug, among others -- who are accompanied by those birds. Since the common room had some white marble in it, the students came up with a new crest: blue and silver (since white would be meh), with a raven.
I find it funnily appropriate, since even though we Ravenclaws are famous for being book-smart, some of us are also fairly excentric. And thus we became the only house with two crests, with the newer one being so popular it eventually confounded even the teachers and became tradition. :D

@@hachikou42 I own a ton of the film merch simply because that's all that's been available. However, my favorites are my two Ravenclaw tees from SuperCarlinBros because they're blue and bronze. I also have a licensed Hogwarts coat-of-arms, which has the blue and bronze.
I really hope we get Hogwarts Legacy merch! The emblems are so beautiful.

This game just keeps making me say “wow” over and over again. Beyond excited. Even if it needs to get delayed, it’s worth it so the devs can really put in all of their heart and soul into it. It’s evident it’s a game made by dear fans of the series and not just a moneygrab

The level of detail here is honestly mind blowing, this is looking better than the movies ! I cannot stop watching these videos, as a ravenclaw this is of course my favorite common room but each single common room is breath taking!
I really hope that the Ravenclaw and Gryffindor common rooms actually have views of the outside world...the details shown here are nice, but being able to see the castle grounds and landscape outside would be 😍🤩😍

As a Ravenclaw this Common Room is exactly what I wanted it's so amazing.
This is lavish as hell. I am a person that usually doesn't get excited just by looking at interiors, but this is something else! New objective: stay alive till the game launches

This is so perfect!!! It’s everything I hoped for of my Ravenclaw house and more! This makes me so proud to be a Ravenclaw!!
I just love the natural lighting and all the windows, maybe some people aren't into that kind of aesthetic, but seeing all that natural lighting is so relaxing. You even have a giant skylight/dome at the top. You also have this great mixture of materials. The nice lacquered wood, stone decor, marble decor, and really just the overall design of the entire room. You could say it's overstimulating, it has a lot of things, but frankly that's what I like about it. It doesn't feel empty, and everything in the common room is what you'd expect a Ravenclaw common room to look like, nothing really feels out of place to me.
As a proud Ravenclaw, I have only one word to describe our common room: Beautiful.
I'm Gryffindor all the way, but Ravenclaw common room looks stellar. I may have to do more than one playthrough.

This video and its music specifically gives me nostalgia of entering a final fantasy 12 city for the first time where it pans around showing you the city before you get to explore it.

Each house are separated by characteristic but they also symbolize the four elements. Ravenclaw being air, which is why their common room is a tower, Gryffindor being fire, Slytherin being water which is why theirs is located under the black lake and Hufflepuff being earth located under the castle kitchens. Ravenclaws is so airy and elegant which I think is amazing.

Chandler confirmed during the reveal that there would a riddle to solve but not sure if it’s a once off thing or every time you enter.

What's no-hud? Cute word but I don't know what it is.
HUD stands for Head's up display. It's the stuff that shows up on screen during gameplay like the health bar, map, ammo counter, etc. No hud just means the game without those things on the screen so that it's more cinematic
