Supreme... of simplicity.. dising !!! And.. I would love to have .. one of these bikes in my garage!
Would love to have these in the states.
Loving the new branding, just catching up with what you guys have been up to. New shop/cafe/meet-up HQ looks great! CCM is awesome bike. Looking forward to seeing more from guys. Loved all of your 8 seasons! Can’t wait for the 2 videos per week. Need some decent regular content especially as we head into winter. Bit if a trek for me but will get down with a group of lads in the new year. Good luck with the venture!
Well done Tom,enjoyed that review!
It's not a Husky engine. It's a Chinese owned SWM engine.
Your point? If its knocking Chinese made engines, that is getting a bit old now. They are reliable and well engineered these days.
@@MattTofield my point is that it isn't a Husky engine. Just like I said in the comment.
Hi, Blackout owner here, I beg to differ regarding the comment "It's not a Husky engine". The engine is indeed a Chinese manufactured SWM engine. SWM are a brand of Loncin, a company that also manufactures BMW F 800 and F 900 engines. The link between Loncin and BMW is relevant because in 2011 Husqvarna were owned by BMW. In 2011 Husqvarna launched the SMS 630 / 2011 I.E. with a new engine . The engines were sourced from BMWs Chinese partner Loncin. The engine that was in the SMS 630 / 2011 I.E. is the engine used by CCM in the Spitfire range. (Some) CCM owners use the Husqvarna SMS 630 / 2011 I.E. maintenance manual to maintain their engines as it is available as softcopy.
So you can argue the toss about whether or not the engine is a Husky. It is an engine produced by Loncin, commissioned by BMW for their then Husqvarna brand, which has subsequently been used by Loncins SWM brand, and is used by CCM in their Spitfire range. This means that spares and maintenance are available from SWM and Husky dealers.

@@martinphillips7545 so it's not a Husky engine then?
Have you taken yours apart? They definitely aren't Husky engines. I'm not saying that is a good thing or a bad thing.
@truthteller8567 it's the same engine. As I said some of us use the Husky manual to work on our engines. Used it for filter changes and gearbox position indicator work. The Husky SMS 630 engine is Chinese, the same one as in the CCM, and SWM.
