Great video thanks. Just a quick question, you say you pay your employees a salary because they work 35 hours a week, how do employ someone and then have enough work for them full time?

Do you have a set amount/turnover your employees have to hit each day?
Yes and no. They have daily targets to hit, however if the heavens open and they are rained off at lunch they wont be penalised for missed jobs as long as they are caught up in the next few days.

Not enough to lure you out Dave. :) Starting out at £14'560 for first 3 months, after probation, £18,200 plus bonuses. They can easily hit over £20K with a little bit of effort.
Don't forget they get all their paid holidays etc included. No point trying to do it half assed.

Every single month there always £1500 to £2k outstanding it’s Burns my fucking head out over the next six months I’ll be getting rid of all dead wood and rebuild all future customers will have to pay through cardless I might just sell few rounds as new work builds up. ...
