88002 'Prometheus' on its way to London

On 9 May 2017, DRS 88002 'Prometheus' was hauled to London by 68022 plus 'Northern Belle' stock to London Euston, to make its public debut. As it happens I had to be up very early that morning to take my son to a college trip, so 0515 found me at Lichfield Trent Valley to see the convoy pass by. 68022 was at the front with 88002 at the rear.
As a bonus, just a few seconds later Direct Rail Services made another appearance in the form of 66304 on the Carlisle - Mountsorrel Network Rail working.
