Pursuit suspect crashes into innocent driver at Los Angeles intersection

The driver fleeing from officers and speeding through the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles slammed into an innocent driver at an intersection in the Mid-Wilshire area, with the impact sending both cars off the roadway.
