- This is an amazing eye witness testimony given by Dr. June Avis Bro while she was being interviewed by her daughter the Rev. Pamela Anne Bro, Ph.D. at the ARE. She discussed how to Archangel St Michael came through Edgar Cayce in 1944. Dr. June Avis Bro found her life deeply affected by working daily with Edgar Cayce when she and her husband, Harmon, came to Virginia Beach in 1943.
Once, a regular presence at the A.R.E., she is missed.

Be gentle with those activities wherein there is the necessity that ye live consistently, that ye be consistent with that ye would represent among thy fellow men.
For know, the Lord is in His holy temple. If thou hast, as His child, desecrated thy temple - in word, in act, in deed - know that ye alone may make those corrections, and that thy body is the temple of the living God. Act as though it were, and not as if it were a pigpen or a place of garbage for the activities of others.
Then keep thy body, thy mind, wholly in an active service for thy Lord.
BOW THINE HEADS, YE CHILDREN OF MEN! FOR I, MICHAEL, LORD OF THE WAY, WOULD SPEAK WITH THEE! YE GENERATION OF VIPERS, YE ADULTEROUS GENERATION, BE WARNED!
THERE IS TODAY BEFORE THEE GOOD AND EVIL! CHOOSE THOU WHOM YE WILL SERVE!
WALK IN THE WAY OF THE LORD! OR ELSE THERE WILL COME THAT SUDDEN RECKONING, AS YE HAVE SEEN!
BOW THINE HEADS, YE WHO ARE UNGRACIOUS, UNREPENTANT! FOR THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND!
THE OPPORTUNITY IS BEFORE THEE! ACCEPT OR REJECT!
But don't be PIGS!
Do keep the body in that manner of activity as to eliminate the poisons.
And then keep the body-mind, the body-physical, clean in the sight of thy God.

This is about the readings Edgar Cayce gave in 1928 about what direction the work should take about the newly formed ARE ( Association of Research and Enlightenment ) One of the messages that came through Edgar was - *“HARK!” . . . “There comes the voice of one who would speak to those gathered here* ” Suddenly the voice of Edgar Cayce boomed out a message: .
_“I AM MICHAEL, LORD OF THE WAY! . . . GIVE HEED UNTO THE WAY AS IS SET BEFORE YOU IN THAT SERMON ON THE MOUNT . . . IN SERVICE WILL COME TRUTH!”_
When Michael’s message was given . . . Hugh Lynn Cayce (Edgar’s son) said, “The intensity and volume of this voice was overwhelming. Michael’s message was given with such force that I could hear the windows rattling in their frames in our home . . . and I could even hear the cups rattling in the dish-drainer in the kitchen. The vibrations nearly knocked us all out of our chairs.”
Four years later, during a time of heightened spiritual unfoldment for the original Cayce group, Archangel Michael again came through as he had in 1928. Michael reaffirmed that it was our spiritual work which should always be our primary focus.
_“BE STILL, MY CHILDREN! BOW THINE HEADS, THAT THE LORD OF THE WAY MAY MAKE KNOWN UNTO YOU THAT HAVE BEEN CHOSEN FOR A SERVICE IN THIS PERIOD, WHEN THERE IS THE NEED OF THAT SPIRIT BEING MADE MANIFEST IN THE EARTHLY, THAT THE WAY MAY BE KNOWN TO THOSE THAT SEEK THE LIGHT! FOR THE GLORY OF THE FATHER WILL BE MADE MANIFEST THROUGH YOU THAT ARE FAITHFUL UNTO THE CALLING! FOR TODAY, WILL YE HARKEN, THE WAY IS OPEN-I, MICHAEL, CALL ON THEE!”_
Could Archangel Michael have said, "Don't eat pigs?" We're not supposed to eat pigs. Something about a hoof'd animal isn't supposed to be eaten. Thank you for sharing your fascinating experience. 🕊️
Hard to think of a sentient deity creating predation of any kind. But here we are, gobbling creatures and calling it 'clean'.
