to be more clear the condition for the monster being destroyed is= call of the haunted being destroyed or leaving the field, if you negate the "effect" of call of the haunted the line: "when this card is destroyed destroy that monster" cannot be aplied cause it's a part of the effect (that was now negated)
Just like with reviving Jinzo w/ call of the haunted, he stays but it also stays just to take up space on the field.
Eatos doesn't die because he negated Eff Call of the Haunted, but don't destroyed
if the effect of call of the haunted is negated the monster no longer is bond to call of the haunted, lets say you call of the haunted a Jinzo, Jinzo hits the field and negate call of the haunted, so even if let's say someone plays skill drain and/or destroy call of the haunted jinzo still lives, at the moment call of the haunted was negated it lost it's target becoming a dead continuous card on the field
Funny fact, Trap Stun would actually help the call user if he had trunade. Yay for tips in wiki! :D

Nope, Call is negated, but Eatos remains unaffected
for skill drain is it just a 1 time thing or to activate it you have to pay every time cause its very annoying when people do that.

i had the same deal with a beast ban deck i had king on field i already rose its attack with beast rising and the guy royal decrees and thinks that my monsters attack goes back to original which is stupid

You can do that, but it's a wasted effort. The monder equipped by CotH still remains on the field. Furthermore, if he somehow managed to destroy CotH, since his effect was negated, the monster won't die. Theree's a small comparison with E-HERO Wildheart and CotH that works in somewhat the same way.

I had a kid tell me that call of the haunted negated the monster's effect. People on DN are dumb...
@AznEyesWhiteDragon If u remember me, Im sure u know on DN i hate meta (i only use meta decks if im on rated) but i do make some pretty crazy decks

why would you use nekogal #1? there are better level 3 normal monsters such as sonic duck at 1700 and jelly beans man at 1750

Completely disagree with L0VAT. I love the original decks, but you should post videos when you duel people who know the game haha.
Lightsworn x10000 videos get old, you know? If I want to see that, I'll just spectate Dueling Network games haha
