Not to mention the fact that Steve turned a 29-53 team to 62-20 and 54-28 team and the second time was without Amare.

Steve Nash is the most all-time disrespect NBA legend. He was never a scoring machine like MJ or Kobe, but he ran the most efficient offense the NBA ever seen, and would likely have a ring if it wasn't for Stoudamire getting himself suspended for a critical Game 5 against the Spurs when Robert Horry hip-checked Nash into the scoreboard.
He averaged 40-50-90 shooting % for an NBA record of FOUR SEASONS. For a basis of comparison, Steph and Dirk have done this once. KD and Larry Bird did it twice. MJ, Kobe, and AI never did it once. This was all while averaging 10+ assist per game. Shaking my head at Grant Hill saying that the rule-changes allowed Nash to score more points because the game was softer. Does he not remember the playoff game where Nash got head-butted, re-arranged his broken nose mid-game, and proceeded to drop 10 points in the 4th quarter to secure the win? Or the time he had his eye swollen shut and dropped another 10 in the 4th against the Spurs? I can't tell you the amount of times PHX closed a game out by Nash hitting his free throws.
Absolutely deserved 2 MVPs, and I would have given him a 3rd.
