    I've had really bad luck with my ferrets. Starting with 2 female. One died suddenly. The other has adrenal gland disease getting injection every month which eventually gave her anemia and almost killed her last year. Now she's on another medicine to counter that.
    The next pair I got was a male and female. The male got liver cancer lost weight within 2 weeks of seeing the vet passed away. The female got bladder stones and cost me 2000$ to get out. The vet doesn't think their diet was cause for any of this.
    So of 4 ferrets I still have 2 one is heavily medicated, hairless and around 9 years old. The other is recovering from surgery.

    Hi, I've got some questions.can you bring jill out of heat by neutered male or by any other means except Jill jab? Do you think ancients continuously bred the Jills or had some way to bring it out of heat?

    • @ruralpestcontrol
      @ruralpestcontrol  Před 2 lety

      To bring a Jill out of season you basically have 3 choices.
      1. Breed from her and have kits
      2. Use the Jill jab from a vet
      3. Use a vasectomised hob
      A casterated hob won't be interested in having sex with a Jill in season. It's the act of sex that takes her out of season.
