Shantell and Shalaun elaborate on initial issues they worked through as women and how long it took for the thruple to thrive as one together. How long have you been in urs?
I love how open and mature they are. I love that I have a better understanding and a idea of this being able to work out for the 3. I've always been attracted to females all the way down to KINDERGARTEN. No I've never had a relationship with one, but I've gotten my "feel on" with a few. I'm open minded about going "all the way" I just haven't. Also I'm Christian, with religious beliefs and I was worried about disappointing my family ESPECIALLY my granny. She's gone on to be with the Lord, and I really don't feel like I have anyone else to make proud of me. I just wanna be MYSELF, continue to make a difference in peoples lives and enjoy life in a positive way and environment. What's been holding me back all these years is the perfect timing and the fear of not doing what's right and going against God. I know we have a loving God and out of anybody else HE knows me. I'm married now and I believe I can be myself in our marriage and a "truple" could work. Seeing this tho made me more courageous and with times changing I feel my time to work on ME is now.
God would want to see you happy and also im sure jesus would be very accepting of what makes you and you partner happy

Go read your Bible and learn about all the polygamous families within them , including David . God gave David his wives and god told him he wouldn’t have given him more has he asked for them. Remember god never changes so if he approved it for David he approves of it for us .

This was the most mature and revealing example I've come across of the poly lifestyle. It was annoying to hear the few questions regarding their sex life. If you're grown you already know that sex happens, but the humanity and emotionality dynamics of this family was a beautiful & bittersweet development. Thanks for sharing.

I’m in the process of starting my own trio w two women. Being honest and communicative is key. It’s scary as fuck to confront them with the concept of being a throuple. It is very important to communicate and express yourself as clearly as possible... then just hope they agree. Gotta just take the leap.
To decide to be poly with your husbands & side chick because he probably will not stop cheating is heartbreaking. I believe In poly but this isn’t the purest way to start.

I am not judging at all. I feel it's takes a strong woman to follow her heart and stand up for what she believes in. Me personally don't know if I could do that. But then again I have been situations and dealt with certain that I never thought I would and found myself doing it. So I would say if they happy that is all that matters.

So, he cheated and THEN they became poly…they didn’t start out that way. So I’m wondering if the wife went into being poly by default, because in 20 years of marriage they NEVER practiced a poly relationship? I think that if he never got caught, they would still be in a “monogamous” marriage.

They didn’t start completely poly but Alex and his wife did have other situations where they had 3 sums with other women which is off of what leads into becoming open enough to have the conversation of poly lifestyle/relationship
I LOVE this family. The wife is my SHERO!!! I LOVE how open minded and mature she is when it came down to understanding why he stepped out and how rational she was about the other woman. And I love how he, once caught, remained solid and was honest about what he did and NEVER speaking ill of his girlfriend. That loyalty he had to the other woman is what helped create this beautiful dynamic because it showed yes, I love you, but she's top-notch as well.
