You know something Evelyn, studies show that after I believe (if memory serves me correct) a Japanese vegan community, and a Turkic vegan community, the Seventh Day Adventist Christians in southern California whom promotes a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle has the third population pool of the longest living people on the planet. I followed your vegan videos for NYC, and while I am not vegan/vegetarian myself, I do eat sufficient whole grains, leafy vegetables, fruits, other vegetables, legumes/nuts/seeds on a daily basis. I just eat those meats found in the Leviticus chapter 11 of the holy Bible: Lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, and fish (no shell fish, octopus, etc.). No pork! Don't smoke! Don't drink! However, I just started using some cooking wines here and there. Anyway, it's good that you are promoting a healthy lifestyle. To bad I don't see secret shoppers around anymore. That'd be good for what you are doing. Thanks!
