    Um mago da guitarra!
    Bonamassa é muito expressivo e tem uma mecânica literalmente subistancial.

    I always remember BB giving solo breaks and also sharing the names of his musicians.A very respected move from the King of the Blues.

    More of this, less of unnecessary shredding. Way to go, Joe!

      He doesn't really shred at all, unless you are referring to his quick pentatonic runs...?

    Joe and I would say Gary Moore before him are technically so gifted - too many times we get too many notes and the blues feeling goes out the window. This is good - Joe keeps it tight.

    The best thing I've ever seen him do... The fast note thing he usually does..is nonsense, to me.. THIS..counts..!...But...Bloomfield...is still the King...:)

    I think some of the other band members deserve a turn for a solo...the trumpet player....or the sax..

      You know BB always show a lot of respect for his band members and Joe too.But sometimes-some tunes-like the one we just comment require or demand for a sax solo,or a trumpet.That way we get to know what other great musicians are out there playing with JB or any other great bluesman. Thank you for your great reference.I really appreciated.

      No, but he does have a great DVD of his last appearance at the Greek. It's called "Live at the Greek" a tribute to BB King, Albert King and Freddy King. It was nominated for a Grammy :)

    I wonder if guitarist's today are killing the blues by playing at ROCK LEVELS. I mean this is very loud .

    Sorry, another white guy tryin to do blues. Just doesn't come across with the sincerity of someone like Stevie. Seems very forced.

      Brad, Doesn't matter what color your skin is to play great music. Sounds like sour grapes to me, you have been eating to many.

      @bradt.3555 Před 3 lety

      @@dianeverwoest5659 , Okay, the white guy thing was a bad analogy but I still don't feel the sincerity in his playing like Stevie's or Eric's. Seem's to "learned". Maybe cause he does the whole dress up thing n such. Just comes across as an act to me, n I been listenin to blues many many years. Don't even wanna think how many cause it makes me realize my age.

    • @dianeverwoest5659
      @dianeverwoest5659 Před 3 lety +1

      @@bradt.3555 Wow Brad, never thought I would see a reply. Yes, he has been learning his craft for so long he is totally learned. As for the act thing and the dress up comment, just let me say this, "Nothing is better than a good looking man, in a great fitting suit, playing fabulous music." Of course, the same applies to when he wears jeans and a Tshirt. As for your age, it is just a state of mine, As Always, Rock On

      @dianeverwoest5659 Před 3 lety

      On further thought, Brad, get rid of those sour grapes. To much in this world to be joyful of.
