- Antibes is a charming coastal town located in the south of France, on the French Riviera. It is known for its picturesque old town, which is surrounded by ancient ramparts and filled with narrow streets, colorful houses, and quaint cafes. The town is also home to a stunning harbor, where luxurious yachts and sailboats dock. Antibes is famous as the French summer home of billionaires, and as a vacation spot of the rich and famous in France. It's known for its cultural attractions, including the Musée Picasso, which features works by the renowned artist, and the Château Grimaldi, a castle turned museum with a rich history dating back to the Roman Empire. The town is also renowned for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, making it a popular destination for sunbathers, swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts.

Beautiful and Picturesque old '' Resort '' Town indeed, and that makes me LOVE that places so much; it is actually my Favorite One on the Frech Riviera !! We Keep going back every two years and always have a '' Blast '' !! Tks for sharing !!

It’s quite a beautiful but also very expensive place. I presume the “rich and beautiful” mostly hide in their yachts and secluded villas 😊

I agree that there seems to be a calming atmosphere with the place. I think many old places have that feel, something like they've "already found their place and purpose" in the world so they don't have "to be as restless", so to speak, compared to upcoming places.

Antibes, Fransa'da Fransız Rivierası üzerinde bulunan şehirlerden biridir. Daha çok sahiliyle bilinmesine rağmen iç kesimlerdeki tepelere kadar uzanır.
Yaz aylarında, kalabalıktır ve Fransız aileler çoğunluktadır. Akşam üzeri Antibes'in eski kesimlerinde ve Juan les Pins'deki açık hava restoranlarında yemek yenilebilir. Şehir, rahat bir tatil için eğlenceli bir yerdir.
Antibes is one of the cities located on the French Riviera in France. Although it is mostly known for its coast, it extends to the hills inland.
During the summer months, it is crowded and French families are the majority. In the evening, you can dine at open-air restaurants in the old parts of Antibes and in Juan les Pins. The city is a fun place for a relaxed holiday.

ma se l'avvessi visto, come me, 40 anni fa, sapresti che non c'era nente di quello che hai raccontato. Era solo un borgo di Juan les Pin dove nessuno andava. qualcuno di sera saliva sul castello come ho fatto io .
