The two undisputed champs were working hard after getting some road work in this past weekend. Devin Haney is preparing to defend his WBC 140lb title against Ryan Garcia on April 20th. Undefeated middleweight prospect Amari Jones will also be on the card. Alycia Baumgardner is looking to defend her undisputed crown against Delfine Persoon after her team recently won their purse bid.

Alycia is looking to up her endurance. That’s the only major flaw she has. The fact that she gasses in later rounds. Who better to train with than dev a man that we have never seen tired in his career

Short stroke push ups basically they focus on the centerline of your breastplate because it’s keep more tension on it. Amazing if you want to grow a bigger chest quick 💪🏾

@@wesleythomas2335 Boxers aren’t focused on building a bigger chest; their training is about performance, not aesthetics. Any hypertrophy they achieve is a byproduct of strength gains, not the other way around. This sequence is primarily designed for core and upper-body endurance. Personally, I prefer dips for targeting the center line of the breastplate. You can go deeper, which provides a better stretch. Also, Devin’s collapsed hips add more stress to his lower back. It’s not a big deal though he’s still a beast

The form is horrible with all of this, but it's obviously working 😂. Keep at it.
cant knock anybody who works out, but i will point out that a lot of these workouts are not that effective for the amount of energy being used to do them, simple burpees are more effective for strength & conditioning than anything done here.... sit-ups, pull-ups, dips, burpees & weighted lunges for your legs, that's all you need
