Dynamic Portraits Using Continuous Lights

- Continuous lights are capable of creating some amazingly dramatic portraits if you know how to use them. We love continuous lights for one main reason - what you see is what you get. I've never been able to move this quickly using strobes. In fact, it takes time to set up, get dialed in, and if yiou decide to move, forget about it. You now need to reset. And if the lighting is changing on you... well, you get the point.
Continuous lighting has opened up a world of possibilities for our portrait photography studio - both indoors and out. Watch this live photoshoot tutorial while Im working in New York with some of the most amazing models and locations out there.

I bought two of the 4 foot lights They are amazing to work with. For weddings I will use one for cutting the cake. Gives such a beautiful soft light and so much faster than setting up a light with an umbrella. The smaller ones are great for wedding details, rings shoes etc. I purchased a stronger double clip holder for the 4 footers from B+H so can mount them on rolling stands, and can change the angles so much faster. Thanks for sharing Sal..... Having strobe and constant light options today makes photography so much more exciting :)

Highly interested in your use of LED lighting for wedding portrait shoots. Beautiful soft light without hassle+time involved an setting up & striking lights,, stands with an umbrella etc. HOPE to see more.THANK YOU

we have workshops all year long all around the world. so, you would sign up for one. Thats how you do it. As for me staff... im naturally going to have people who I know and trust helping me, right? :)

What does "Dynamic" in the video name refer to? I'm having trouble understanding it :-(
Really? You can’t figure out what the word dynamic means? It’s got you all sorts of tripped up. Cant enjoy the video without full understanding of the word dynamic? I’ll let you use Google and figure out what it means.
@@SalCincotta1 - I understand what the word means in general, just didn't understand how it applies here. To me dynamic means having quick changes, like going from very dark to extremely bright, or from quiet to loud.
Also, I imagine you're used to getting abusive comments, we all get them unfortunately :-( Mine wasn't going in that direction, I really want to understand your line of thought. Even though we assume people give the the same meaning to the word as we do sometimes they don't.
@@dbaranovskiy fair enough and you’re very right I’m used to getting trolled so that’s where my response comes from as far as what’s dynamic in my opinion dynamic is being able to change looks and lighting quickly and moving from indoors to outdoors quickly and having a lighting kit and set up that allows you to quickly quickly and easily change. Looks change colors, change environments, hopefully that makes more sense
