Freakishly, I have the exact same Top 5 as Arianna Huffington! I did the survey again in my current job and though they say Strengths don't change, but can shift spots, Strategic moved out of my Top 5 and Maximizer moved in. I assume it's because it was what was needed of me in my new role (5 yrs ago) and it must have been in my top 10 all along. So wild though...Intellection, Connectedness, Achiever, Learner, and Strategic. And an introvert. Her insights did not revolutionize my life as much as they resonated with me. Mentor me, Arianna?? So I can reach my full potential in my second half century? :- )
