How much did you fill it with? How long is the paper/plastic ur using to measure? What are you doing at the end with the bottom piece?

on this fork it can varie you choose i believe it is 140 mm for enduro and 110 for supermoto

You are compromising your wheelnut like that. Loosen those 10mm clamp bolts on nut side first.
