Just wear a regular cotton hoodie and googles/sunglasses. Works like a charm and the hood section makes it comfortable. the only real risk is to your eyes. The rest will be tiny second degree burns at best. And i stress tiny... Its more of a slight skin irritation at best... Just stay away from synthetic fabrics, whenever fire is involved. Trust me, when i say, you dont wanna know the end-results of breaking this cardinal rule of firey gypsies...

Yes, the word balaclava is not generally used in the US. It might be called a ski mask or hood, winter mask or hood. After 2 seconds of research I found that balaclavas were first worn by British soldiers in the 19th century.

You just dont know what you are talking about, codecs are ways of storing data, what gets put in is output from an algorithm, CZcams's output of HEVC is different from Adobe Media Exports, and final cuts or handbrakes.
Further more VP09 is not a container, stop talking you dont understand the subject.
