On July 7, 2023, police responded to a hotel after receiving a report of an individual with a firearm in La Crosse, WI. The caller stated that her husband had confronted a man about loud music, and in response, the man allegedly pointed a gun at him and made threats. Upon arrival, officers found the suspect, who refused to cooperate. Concerned for the victim's safety and the suspect's intentions while armed, police took necessary action.

I grew up as a minority in a 80% plus black neighborhood. While I have met some of the most wonderful people in my life living in that area and in those neighborhoods, The fact of the matter is the overwhelming majority of them even if they're not bad people are just simply loud and obnoxious and they do not care if it inconveniences you whether it is at 5:00 a.m. 2:00 in the afternoon or 11:00 at night. They do what they want to do when they want to do it and they could not care less how you feel about it.
If they're not yelling and just being loud in general then it's also the TV being so loud that a deaf person could hear it and then of course the overwhelming majority of the time it's the loud music and the accompanying base. Oh and it doesn't matter if you approach them with the utmost kindness and respect while asking for it to be turned down or off and it doesn't matter if you approach them with an attitude, 90 plus percent of the time regardless of that you're going to get the same reaction and it's not going to be a good one for you.
I do not know why this is commonplace in this culture and secondary to that is also common in the Hispanic culture just not to the extreme as we're talking about here but regardless it makes it incredibly difficult for you to want to live amongst them and that's sad.

There was a guy here in Baltimore that was actually recently killed for confronting another guy about his music. The best thing to do is always walk away from things like this if you dont agree with it. We live in an extremely diversified society nowadays here in America unfortunately where folks have different viewpoints on life. Sometimes you can’t interrupt the things that other people find enjoyable. You may not agree with what another person is doing but that’s never going to matter so the best thing to do is always re position yourself somewhere else to avoid it for your safety. Crossfaded, at 6:00 in the morning, blasting music disturbing others, and he ends up with a slap on the wrist after nearly getting himself killed. Classic LaCrosse Wisconsin
Unfortunately the "victim" didn't help by admitting that they threatened to "come out there and smash that speaker" then actually came outside and got in his face before the gun was pulled. Sure the music was unreasonable and the guy shouldn't be intoxicated in charge of the firearm but by admitting to screaming at and threatening the guy before going out to confront him the reporting party could be seen as the instigator, at least partially, which meant they couldn't go with assault charges or anything and had to stick with the lesser charges

The question is, how much does it cost society to provide some care for the alcoholism versus paying for prison, and how likely is it that he re-offends.
Normally I'd agree with you, but this one... Is different.
@prunabluepepper I agree with what your saying, but at the same time he pointed a firearm at someone and said he was going to kill them. If he doesn't re offend I'll be shocked. The guy clearly has issues and probably needs mental health treatment.
Next time, maybe the judge should share a cell with him for awhile.
"I'm not that drunk man"...yeah, 3 times the legal limit isn't that drunk
But he wasn't driving so who cares
@@ibrake4rappers doesn't matter. It's still public intoxication. And he was being violent towards other people and pulling a gun on an innocent victim.
3 times the legal minute?!?!
Yeah I think addiction needs to be the first thing taught to kids when they're in school
@@thagerdorn2009 survey says no other witnesses saw him pull the gun, $500 signature bond tells that imo.
That was the most chill I've ever seen anyone after being taxed.
LaCrosse Wisconsin has proven to be one of the worst places in the country LMAO. Wow.... I can't even comprehend the repeat levels of stupidity.
That ride the lightning gave him his common sense back.
That dude never had common sense. Not a lick not once
Have you tried turning it off again?
When you blast your music, yell or raise the volume of your TV to the point the speakers are shakin' you are assaulting the people around you and should not be surprised when they complain. If you want to chill, DO IT QUIETLY!!!!!!! You're not allowed to be obnoxious because you're going through stuff. FAFO.
Assaulting people with noise 🤣🤣
I mean thus could've been a simple noise complaint. Maybe he should invest in a pair of headphones
FAFO? What are we going to find out, that you think words are violence as well as loud music being assault?
@@zackdines Loud music can cause permanent injury and hearing loss. So does that mean if you are playing music at 120+ decibels which is deemed to be a danger of "immediate" injury, that under the self-defence rules that apply in some jurisdictions you could use lethal force to defend yourself? Or does that mean that music above 120 decibels constitutes battery?
Words would only count as violence if they were shouted at over 120 decibels, if you can shout that loud at me then I would definitely consider it violence.
Dude fell like a corpse when he got his ass tazed.... LOL
Why is it always La Crosse?😂. GTA 7 should be based off that town😂😂
“I’m going through a lot.” EVERYBODY is going through a lot.
But some are going through worse than others
@@Indestructiblevibranium That's still no excuse to make it everyone else's problem.
Everyone staying at a motel in lacrosse Wisconsin is going through a lot
@@Indestructiblevibranium What makes people like you think some issues are more valid than everyone's, as if it justifies anything?? "Worse than others" is only a matter of perspective, and a bs excuse for trash behavior. Be a better person
@@Indestructiblevibraniumstop making excuses!!!!
Hear "la crosse", immediatly go check for comments... here we go again
Diversity is our strength 💪
Its always La Crosse
was a nice town back in the day.
but like everywhere, liberals have ruined it.
LaCrosse does seem to be on CZcams a lot. 🤔
You can request La Crosse County dash footage without any connection to the case. Basically, this channel (located in La Crosse) finds interesting court filings and then requests the body cam footage. I'm sure if you look in your own local police reports, you will find similarly crazy situations.
3:42 this man got the ads playin in the background 😂😂
man's packin heat while listening to walmart radio classics
Suprised he was actually calm and complied with officers.
Refreshing, really
His "compliance" was 50,000 volts.
Yeah AFTER they used their tasers and shocked it into him.
Similar to most people who just got hiy by lightning.
His pet white woman chilled him out.
3:54 that tazzer was wild, he just fell over like a bowling pin 😂😂
*Strike* ☠️
Alle neune !!😂
What's a 'tazzer'?
@@vault1549 Not sure if you're being snarky about the spelling, or asking a real question. So:
Technically, it's spelled TASER (Yes, in all caps). It's the zappy thing the cop shot the dude with. Looks and feels like a gun, but uses electricity, not bullets; causing the person's muscles to all lock up.
However, the S is pronounced like a Z, so Tazzer is also a fitting spelling, if you've only heard it spoken.
This is one of the funniest arrests I've ever seen 🤣 😂
