You are right, it is pronounced as "Kin-juz", like ninjas, just switch the 'n' with a 'k', and the 's' with a 'z'. The 'K', or 'Kin' for them, stands for Family (previously stand for 'Brotherhood'). So the full name stands for "Family of Ninjas". They have been a crew since 2010. They're are basically dancing nerds, that love anime, and pretty much Asian culture, and they were formerly known as the ANBU Black Ops, before changing their name to the Kinjaz. They are a crew of over 35 members, mixed with great dancers, several incredible choreographers (including Keone (Key-oh-nee) Madrid, ones of the Kinjaz latest members (not the leader), who was the guy on the platform. Who as well actually competed in NBC's WOD with his wife Mari (Mar-ree), but lost against Les Twins. And Keone & Mari are both known as 2 of the top best street/urban dance choreographers in the world), and people working within multi-media industry (especially some of the members that do the video work from Vibrvncy, yes that's how they spell it). The Arena is a dance competition in Singapore, and this is their Exhibition Showcase performance
They have 1 of the former members of the Jabbawockeez (Ben Chung aka B-Tek), 2 members of a crew that battled against them (Mike Song & Tony Tran) during ABDC Season 1 called Kaba Modern (which 1 of them (Tony) eventually became a Jabbawockeez member), 4 of the Poreotics (Charles, Chad, Law & Jet-Li), & 2 from Mos Wanted Crew (Jawn (John) Ha & Bam Martin). Sorry for going over board, but I'm extremely passionate for the Kinjaz. They have majority of my favourite choreographers, they love anime & ninjas as much I do (or maybe more than me), and their clothes designs are so cool, which you can buy them from their online store by the way. X) Anyway. Hope this isn't way too much. Y'all trippin. You've seen too much of the poppin, robitics, krumping but there's more to dancing than that. They are on the top of the top of the dancing industry. They can go hard bud they are more known for their finess flow, and intricacy.
Kinjaz have members from Poreotics, Jabbawockeez, Mos Def, GRV and more. They are literally the avengers of dance crews. If they can’t meet your expectations homie you probably won’t enjoy very many other dance crews.
idk why but ever since I discover Kinjaz I started to dislike Jabbawockeez, Jabba is so boring with their nothing new in their choreography for years...
@@ronny584 because the style of Jabba is old school style dude. It hit every beat and so many different style of dance in the performance. Kinjaz is like the hyped pop and modern dance, different style from jabba that the member like One and each member got their individual style.
Can't judge off one video of them. In order to appreciate a dancers or dance crew. You need to watch more videos before an opinion is form. Kinjaz are made up of former Jabbawockeez, Kaba Modern, GRV, Chreo Cookies and other crew. Go watch their video the Scotts or the other ones they have like El Chapo. After hours etc.

Really guy??? YOU are talking shit about the Kinjaz? THEY didn't meet YOUR expectations? These guys have won numerous dance competitions, they have their own dance school and they choreograph for other American artists and K-Pop groups. I have watched these guys for years, I have watched this video and reactions to this video dozens of times...you are the only person who talked shit. I stopped to write this at minute 12:15 so you haven't seen the last part with Keone, maybe once you see it, you will realize how ridiculous your comment was. What do you do for a living? I am fairly certain that I have never seen YOU on ABDC or at any Arena China competitions.
