On his way through Toronto, our pal Craig (call him "Goonzi" though) from Bleed From Within was kind enough to stop by and say hello. The band were playing up the road from our office and we invited Goonzi to check our our space, learn how we make books, and play us some riffs!

Bends are easy man.. but those double notes makes me crazy. Any advice to master that?

I also struggle with those, some advice is to make sure to keep your picking hand as tight and moving as little as possible, overpicking makes it hard to stay up to speed since you’re creating more space between the string and pick, increasing the time between each note. Also, pay attention to pick angle and technique, sometimes economy picking can come in handy for those types of lines
