2 teaspoons grated ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of thyme
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
BREADING STATION
Frying station
Honey mustard:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
Black pepper
1 cup tomato catsup
Yellow rice:
2 cups rice
3 cups water
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons salted butter
