I bought this mattress several weeks ago. Mine is medium and it has a blue top. Mine is better looking than the one in this video. Mine came from a furniture store. It was delivered by the furniture store and did not come in a box. It was covered in plastic and had no smell at all after opening. It was extremely hard when we first got it. We were assured this was normal because it’s brand new. It’s been 5 weeks and LOVE it. It’s the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. There is little to no motion transfer for the medium firmness. The perfect sleeper feels extremely luxurious. I would consider mine a splurge, definitely not “budget friendly” but I would completely recommend and would choose the medium again.

How long did it take to soften? Just bought for my daughter and for a medium with euro top it’s so firm… if it doesn’t relax and soften think we might have to return it
Back in Sept 2019 my wife bought a king size bed that has the head and foot that raise up. the sales person upgraded the sale to the Serta perfect sleeper medium because I am 300 lbs and she said she needed the upgrade because of my weight. it is now 2023 and the edge on my side mid point ( where it bends to raise the head ) is sagging and when I lay in bed I feel I am leaning to the sagged area. The place where we bought the bed is coming to check it out for warranty. will see what they say about the edge support
Im having trouble w thier warranty. Warranty doesn't cover discomfort from wear and tear customer service replied. I had mine for 2 years now and complained last late last year.
I need a mattress and I want a nice one but I need a full set bed frame and mattress but I deal with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and I want something comfortable but I don't know what needs a box spring and what doesn't but I know I want a size full nothing bigger or smaller
I bought the Perfect Sleeper Willow Brook and ended up getting the incorrect mattress. I ordered a firm and what I got was NOT THAT! In came with a pillowtop and again, not what I wanted. They gave me $$ off for the incorrect delivery and asked me to give it a try. Within 1 month it started sagging on the topper and now 3 years later I litterally have to pull myself out of bed. My back hurts worse after sleeping on it did before I went to bed. Unless youre under 140 lbs I'd not recommend this bed. I looked at the Spindle mattress and they give the option of mix and match for the latex for pressure values. 3 years later and I'm looking at matresses again!

I have this mattress it's horrible, There's no innerspring support, so if you lay near the edge it sags down and feels like your about to roll off it.
Is medium plush in-between or is the label wrong? I'm looking into one and it's labeled medium/plush
