I have to say Michelle I really love this Twin Flame series. You really have helped me understand why the connection I had with my crush was something I've never experienced before. I’m currently in the incubation stage, slowly moving towards the metamorphosis portion of the journey. It was extremely interesting to hear someone name and thoroughly explain each stage, especially considering my TF and I met and married under two months of physically meeting. ❤️

I can agree, I can see how I've experienced all these stages (except reunion--I'm in a sort of incubation and metamorphosis at the moment) and I think that the stages often overlap each other. Thanks for sharing these videos, they are really helping me to make sense of the craziness that has been the last year or two of my life. I thought I was going insane. Honestly I still wonder, but at least I feel less alone in the intensely weird experiences. 😅

Wow! Thanks Michelle. I just awoke to the twin flame concept at the end of February this year, and I have been going back listening to your older videos. And each time, the message is just what I need to hear at that particular moment. And because this is still kind of new to me, I go back and forth and sometimes feel like I am unsure if this Twin Flame journey is real. But then I listen to this video, and it is exactly the experience I have been going through described to a T!! Amazing! The more I listen to your videos, the more I believe that it is a real thing. During this separation phase, of course I want reunite with my DM but deep down inside, for some reason, I have been feeling that I am not quite ready for that yet, which seemed weird to me. Why don't I feel ready to be with my DM?? Now, I understand why!! Presently, I am going through the metamorphic phase. So hopefully reunion will come soon!! 💕

It's difficult not to try to help, but i'm trying to focus on helping myself grow and change into a better person. Trying to figure out my purpose and all that. We married in the elation phase, we knew we had something crazy. I knew nothing of twin flames so when irritation hit I thought I was crazy and then found twin flame info online and that saved us. We are currently going through metamorphosis together and managed to NOT separate (I highly recommend this if your twin is aware enough and capable of looking critically at themselves). We live 7 hours apart and only get to see each other every other week and I think that has helped immensely - the distance kind of acts like a governor, if you will. (though we do have weeks at a time together that is incredible)

Activation can happen energetically by meditating daily. In time you realize even though you may not feel their energy flowing through you but you will not be able to deny your souls are merged. Skin to skin within. I have felt him look thru my eyes. I was led to Abraham Hicks who is the non physical energies of the universal collective flowing through Esther Hicks. Because of her and her husbands asking questions. I am so appreciative of this life’s journey and the help available from the Divine and God. Everything really isn’t quite how it seems. There is so much love here for us. I feel blessed beyond measure. Light, love, peace and harmony.

I’m definitely experiencing the incubation stage.
Its 2am here and this is what im doing... Telling my tf journey bc why not 🤷🏻♀️ Its weird how I met my twin for the first time in 2016 and I felt the connection back then but the journey didnt begin until last year. (What I mean by not beginning is that we didnt have any kind of communication and we both kind of just blocked each other out and just didnt think about the connection at all.) Then all the weird synchronicities started happening and I started seeing him OFTEN in different places and in my dreams. Before the separation we weren't really dating or anything. I mean we were talking etc. and the stages you mentioned happened and that (talking etc) only lasted for about 3 months and then the separation happened. Like you said I was REALLY confused before the separation as to what the heck was happening and why I was so irritated. Now we've been in the separation for about a year and I can definitely feel that Im at the stages 6 to 7 now. (I'm not completely at the stage 7 yet but Ive been making some big changes already) This journey has been an emotional rollercoaster. So. Difficult. But so worth it :)

It was crazy to me because I was the one running at first because I was talking to someone else. And he would double text me( we met on tinder btw... I know crazy ) and the more we got to know each other I kept saying to myself “ omg this guy is literally me in a male form “ before I even knew what a twin flame was and I kept repeating that to myself. This journey has made me go through so many emotions. We never met in person but I’ve never been more I guess “ obsessed “ with a person you could say. And it sounds crazy but I haven’t even met him yet and all I want is to be with him. Everything was going fine and then he just suddenly ghosted me and it left me so sad and confused. It’s still confusing but watching these videos makes me really come back into a place of peace and comfort. Knowing that my spirit guides and the universe will never lead me in the wrong direction. This is my journey of self worth and love. And I’m ready for it ❤️ thank you for making these videos!!!

I have a question, i believe I had meet my twin flame in the club & all of the stages seem to be there except being irritated with him being physically in my life because we only meet once & havent talked since but the connection was there we locked eyes because i thought i recognized him but in reality i never meet him before. Anyways i do feel irritated by his presence because he reflects all of the things i need to work on in myself. & also i did feel the honeymoon stage since i was elated after i meet him for a few weeks. im currently in the incubation/separation stage just constantly trying to grow as a person. So im wondering if my process is just slightly different since we only meet once & havent talked since if this is still a twin flame connection? lol this was a month ago & im just having like a awakening to all of this so i would like to know since i do really want to be the best version of my self the next time i see him & thank you for your guidance in this confusing loving journey 💕🙏🏼

True, I live in the DC area and many many years ago I had this desire to visit DC and I couldn’t back them. Back that year 1999, I was married and then I moved to Miami and then to DC area where I met him. This 20 years later and I felt in love with the area and he changed my life.

Hey Michelle, Just a quick question, Does talking to your twin flame at times feels as if you're talking to yourself?
I feel like I’m going through stages 5-7 all right now and we just separated 2 weeks ago. So much is going on and so fast. Maybe things are just kicking in faster than normal so I can really work on me before knowing what I really want for myself.
When I met my twin flame I did not know what a divine masculine was your twin flame. But I knew something special had happened and I feel that I had prepared my whole life for that moment. I was always drawn To Italy since I was very young. I married an Italian and we moved to Italy when I was 27. I got a job and met my twin. On the way home that day I felt something strange going on a few inches above my head. It was almost as though spirit guides wee doing a happy dance. I knew something special happened but this person was 13 years older than me I was 27 he was 40. But it was special and grew and grew. We were together for three years working, And then it ended. Over the years we have spoken five or six times. But it has been 30 years. When does the separation end? I am in the USA now and he is in Milan and lock down due to coronavirus. In 2018 I was visiting Italy answer him. I recognized him by his eyes and said hello and he was angry, wounded, bitter, spoke a few words to me and turned around and walked away angrily and said I don’t want to when I invited him to come and visit me at my apartment. It is as though it is my fault for his unhappy life! I guess my growing and learning has occurred and his still has not! I have been awakened and enlightened. And he has not. Is that it? Is it possible that union never occurs? I am just learning about this stuff these past four years all these years I never know what a twin flame was.

Hi Michelle i hvnt yet watched this vid to its full length but i wanted to ask something... what abt their parents? Do you think their parent's higher self or soul could also be involved with this connection? Or a witness to it? I hope i'm not confusing... But the first moment his mom laid eyes on me she made an open comment (i was at his home at his family's gathering) that i resembled her niece. She n i also haf instant connection.

Elation probably lasted 2 weeks in our case, and I probably spent a total of less than 24h in person with my twin, and yet, I've never loved anyone as deeply as I love him... 😢
So do we eventually end up with our twin flame.... is that a given? Are we meant to stay with them? Will the universe make it that we end up staying together?
Can separation and incubation happen in place? My spouse and I are married and in the same home but we can clash and it feels very much like we are separated but also incubating.
I am elated and irritated, and about to insert a separation because I need to incubate. I can feel that I need to incubate.

I'm not exactly sure which phase I'm in I think I'm in Metamorphosis. It has been such a strange time for me the last couple of years I was in a relationship with a narcissist for 17 years and in 2019 I just up and decided to get divorced my divorce was Final in January and 2 days later I met my twin flame at work which by the way last fall in a numerology reading he told me I would meet a high-level soulmate at work or through work Daddy to be 3 or 4 years younger than me and possibly separated or divorced when we meet. When it on January 10th during the full moon and Aquarius and the feeling that I had I was like damn somebody hit me in the back of the head with a two-by-four I instantly fell in love with this person it was the craziest thing ever I'm not a child I'm 57 years old and he is 54 we spent time talking in the break room we found out we had a lot of similarities from our childhood a lot of drama a lot of wounds another strange thing was that I could read his energy so clearly Not only was he very negative but I could tell he was depressed and anxious and he wasn't sleeping although he didn't tell me that. We would stare at each other a lot and he would try to touch my arm he finally told me that he was separated that ain't never going back to her he was living at his sister's house but he wasn't divorced I felt that he was stuck actually she was in the exact same place where I was last year stuck in a toxic relationship I finally got the strength it was either from God or the universe get out of that toxic relationship. Anyways I'm sure it hit him like a ton of bricks he wasn't expecting to fall in love I was afraid so he kept me out of distance and kept me in the friend zone. We actually you have a very short elation phase where we spent. Time together at work but it never became sexual all we did was share a hug. but there was a lot of telepathic communication also some firing off of my sacral chakra which was kind of scary at first I didn't know what it was. his behavior was a little flaky and he did get kind of defensive. I needed time to heal so I walked away from him after I gave him a letter and told him how very special he was to me. It has been nine months since we have spoken and even though we work in the same building I have not seen him I am actually in some physical pain my soul aches to be near him and I miss him so much just to talk to him and look into his brown eyes I wish I knew what was happening with him some days I feel happy and other days I just feel down for no reason. I'm becoming physically mentally and emotionally exhausted from this journey and don't know how much more I can take.
I have had multiple separations, and I have passed through all these stages each time. Is this normal in TF journey?

I've been there! But your TF cannot be a narcissist. Either this person is not your TF or is not a narcissist.
DMs go into ego quite heavily at times and that can look like narcissism. Narcissists can mimic the TF connection WITH EVERYONE. It can be really hard to know whether a person is your TF *OR* has NPD, but saying "my twin flame is a narcissist" just hurts your soul. You're calling yourself a narcissist, in a way. Try "my twin flame is in ego right now" or "this person is a narcissist and therefore is not my twin flame" and see which feels true in your heart. You'll feel your heart chakra expand if a statement is true and contract if it's false.

How can 1 soul be split into two people. God made each of us different, no one is the same. We all got a soul which is our own personal soul. Explain to me from the Bible how God or why would he separate ones soul into 2 people? I feel I don’t understand why God would do that.
