Tommy Aldridge is fantastic, one of the all time greats of heavy metal drumming. Heavy hitting and everything timed like clockwork, what a joy to see and hear a master at work.
@@lishishur293 Then my work here is done! Lol. 😂 The only other time I have received that response is when I told someone, "The chances of that are slim to none, and Slim just left town". 😅

I don’t care what anybody says, David Coverdale is one of the most amazing singers of this era. Saw them on the Bon Jovi tour, Adrian stuck his tongue out at my gf. Fair enough.
Reb and Doug are a great tandem....such complimentary, contrasting styles I miss Tommy on the skins, he had a lot of energy..attack/release, very classical approach, like a conductor almost.
I Love you man. I'll get you a ticket to the northern parts of sweden and we jam some. recording my debut album. I got all the gears but i do not understand how to connect the cables
Cornucopia Maybe for a reunion... Aldrich still smokes them all. Marsden couldn’t keep up with Aldrich, Vai, Hoekstra, Beach etc. It’s just the way it is. Guitarists abilities move quick as generations pass.
Taylor Zalewski Vai didn't do the "original solo". I can't stand any Whitesnake material with Vai in it. He has absolutely no blue sensibilities whatsoever. None. And I couldn't stand his version of this classic. Don't get me started on how he ruined the Sykes material w overkill on the whammy crap and too much mindless finger tapping ugh
The original solo was by Marsden/Moody and way better than Vai's. By no means I want to underestimate Steve Vai, he is still a monster guitar player, but his playstyle just did not fit into this song...
Rubbish not a patch on the original Bernie Marsden would piss all over these so called guitar players at least he could play a solo in tune and he"s a good blues player to

Engineer: How many vocal overdubs do you want to use for this track?
Producer: Yes!
Man, what a MONSTER band. SO good. Music today just doesn't have this type of feel or soul...
And it never will my friend!!
@@riowarner2747 Never say never
Man, these dudes are as tight as a trampoline. Fabulous lineup!
Tight as a trampoline? I can confidently say I've never heard that one before

Tommy Aldridge is kiiiiiiiiiiiillliiiiiiiiingggg on the drums... Max respect Tommy
Marco Mendoza! One of my favorite bassists of all time.
Why did you leave the group? What happened to the bass player?
The salary wasn't good enough
Rock solid bass pro!
Saw Marco Mendoza live invited on a whithesnake cover band show in barcelona, past night -17-july 2023. Really..... fantastic night
Coverdale is one the great frontmen and he has the voice
THE BEST
💯✳️
Too bad in 2022 he looks like an old lady with his hair and 6inch false teeth.

Don't ever expect Tommy Aldridge or Iggy Pop to give you the shirt off their backs.
Doug is one of the best player
Reb rips Coverdale kicks ass!

Reb is GREAT but even he didnt try that vai solo....aldridge did the Sykes part good.
What show is this and is it available on blu ray?.
What was David Coverdale say at the beginning? 0:23
Here is a song for you
I thought he says Earth is on fire 😂😂😂
“Here’s a song for ya”
Papito 😘😋😂
Before when they were deep purple
steve vai
Bernie Marsden
didnt even attempt vai man ..... hmmmm but good performance other than the solo lol
Lead guitar ain't no Steve Vai
This songs needs Vai on the guitar .
Disagree, good player but Aldrich smokes him at the Whitesnake/hard rock stuff.
No kids. This song needs its authors, classic Whitesnake guitarists Bernie Marsden and Micky Moody.
Cornucopia Maybe for a reunion... Aldrich still smokes them all. Marsden couldn’t keep up with Aldrich, Vai, Hoekstra, Beach etc. It’s just the way it is. Guitarists abilities move quick as generations pass.
That song is good how it is. No matter which era of Whitesnake played it.
@@DBoyyxD Vai is a creator, a genius, not a guitar player who covers like Reb and Doug.
WOW... only 64 thumbs up... People today are SO LAME!!!
As much as Tommy Aldridge is GREAT...I actually like Brian Tichy better in the Whitesnake lineup.
Toujours le même genre de commentaire, désolé mais... Y' en a quand même 13 qui n'aiment pas ?!
Guitar solo not ok
Ugh..the original vai solo is so much better..and I rarely think that when vai does some of his solos in a band setting
Taylor Zalewski Vai didn't do the "original solo". I can't stand any Whitesnake material with Vai in it. He has absolutely no blue sensibilities whatsoever. None. Guitar Freak I like steve vai but yeah he abuses that whammy bar too much.
Steve Vai never do the original.
Vai’s version was amazing
The original solo was by Marsden/Moody and way better than Vai's. By no means I want to underestimate Steve Vai, he is still a monster guitar player, but his playstyle just did not fit into this song...
I love this band, and I not a super fan of Vai but this song sound much better with him. The solos of Reb and Doug in this song are terribles.
Terrible mix fror Reb but me likes nevertheless...
Rubbish not a patch on the original Bernie Marsden would piss all over these so called guitar players at least he could play a solo in tune and he"s a good blues player to
Totally agree mate.
