How Good was Young Kobe / Frobe ? | A Player Study

Young Kobe was just as much of a beast as older Kobe except with crazy speed and athleticism. He could shoot, drive, pull-up, spot-up, finish through contact and make impossible shots. He also had the tenacity and intensity to give his all in every play of the game. His intensity didn't waver on the defensive end where he was also elite and earned many All-NBA defensive awards.
Even though he wasn't as skilled as in his later days, he was still just as much of a competitor and his insane work ethic, ruthless killer instinct, skill, and one in a generation talent allowed him to dominate the league even from an early age.

As much as I don't like LeBron too much, that man's prime was unmatched in it's athleticism. Literally no one could and can touch it. It was mind-boggling. The only other player who was close was Westbrook but even then LeBron was 6'9 and was bigger and stronger.

Kobe was a more versatile scorer than Jordan, but less efficient.
Kobe wasn’t as good as defender as Jordan - tho Jordan got to use hand checking - (even tho hand checking was illegal, it wasn’t called a lot)
Kobe was a better passed & playmaker than Jordan, even tho Jordan wasn’t bad
Kobe’s playoff competition was better than Jordan’s overall.
Kobe was more valuable to his teams than Jordan was. (Quantifiable but most niggas don’t understand it so I ain’t gon explain it)
I honestly think Kobe & Michael is on da same tier.
Tier 1 (Best players in da playoffs, not greatness in terms of achievements alone): MJ, LeBron, Kobe, Kareem, Magic, KD, Steph, D-Wade, Wilt, Shaq, Bird, Tim Duncan, Klay Thompson
Tier 2: Karl Malone, John Stockton, Kawhi (possibly could move up further), Dirk (would be up higher but choked too much & was to soft earlier in his career) Pippen, James Worthy, Tony Parker
