- Ego death is one of the darker sides of spiritual awakening. Spiritual awakening begins to occur when we receive an influx of energy, which usually comes as a result of a "trigger" moment - something that changes us forever. This spiritual awakening "trigger" can be meeting a deep-level soul connection such as a twin flame or soulmate who reawakens us to the truth of who we are. It can also seem to happen spontaneously, as a result of being exposed to some kind of high-vibration information or experience in our lives. Regardless of how spiritual awakening begins, this new influx of energy causes us to quickly begin realigning with the highest, most authentic and soul-centered version of ourselves. In the 3D world, this "aligning" process can look extremely messy at first because in order for a fully aligned life to be cultivated, every facet and structure of our lives created from a space of ego must first be destroyed. From the beginning of my employment opportunities Healthcare & CSR have been on My resume. My negatives were drugs>alcohol>domestic violence & Co-dependent relationships with all the chains that drag along with it. 4yrs Sober this August-Cut off toxic family (I love them I just can't have them in my life)-trying to stay positive for a better me.
I am connected to my twin DM. He is married and has two children. I feel him energetically around me, but we cannot be with one another. I know he is a good man, and he doesn't want to hurt the mother of his children even though their relationship is little more than a business partnership. He would never hurt his children either. It is the hardest experience I have ever gone through.
I did before my dad died. I was going through a hard time when my dad was dying from cancer. I felt I was awakening and I felt loss because I didn't know what was happening to me. Now I know what going on and I healed from it. Now's its my twin flame turn to awaken. I see him going through a awaken. He going through a lot thats painful. He still healing from his ego.
Thinking about, l start feeling stronger and stronger my connection with mother nature. Feeling that I belong, that I am a part of the universe. Something like clear stream waves of energy fullfills me. A small part, yes. It's everywhere both inside and outside of me, I am everywhere, just like a union ment to be. Love from Greece!
I went through emotional numbness to get towards spirituality. Understanding emotions and how to release them, having the courage of feeling vulnerable to dissolve the ego. The more you learn about yourself, the more you see others as a reflection of yourself.
Then you realise that most peoplw dont take this path of doing the shadow work, always seeing them remain in their comfort zone. You then find yourself being in solitude most of the time, because everyone is stuck in their ego.
And also coming to realise that your friends are not who you think they actually are. You see through their layers and it hurts to see them suffering internally while wanting to help them as they refuse.
I am currently detaching from all meanings in life, to form new ones.

I feel like I have awakened suddenly today. I figured out I am not who I thought I was. I thought I was a lot better of a person then I was. I feel so raw now and cant believe how obliviously blind I was to my flaws. I can only move forward now and be a better person. I just want to be true to myself from here on out. I have experienced several Dalai Lama type 5d experiences in my early 20s. I went through several horrible degrading life events and those made me feel like I was connected with everything from plants on the earth to stars at the sky. Yes, Iโm married to someone else. I have always felt as if Iโm a stranger in my own life with him, never be able to feel I was at home, became someone else in order to be able to not to get into a useless fight with him constantly, etc. I have always experienced a deep deep dark intense loneliness, being unseen, always under appreciated, feel pain, been even abused emotionally but I have kept going anyway for 22 years. It has been a dead relationship for a long time but itโs my second marriage so I lost my hope completely there could be a different and better one anyway, therefore, my marriage has become more like a business relationship and I was ready to die in that unhappiness just like my parents. Now, Iโm extremely confused, donโt know what to think, what to believe.
@@sukran96 I've been where you are. I was in a marriage over 30+ years. I was abused emotionally, verbally, psychologically. This was my second marriage as well. Met my TF while married nearing 5 years ago. In 2019 I filed for divorce. Been divorce for over a year now. Im in a much better space. My twin gave me the courage to do this even though he has no idea he helped me. I will always love my twin for triggering my awakening even though I've moved on from holding out for him to come around. He too is married but he married months after we met. Im so glad that I worked on my abandonment issues, etc. It's certainly made me a much stronger Divine feminine. Im no longer chasing my twin. I Stopped doing that nearly a year ago. I've met a very kind sweet and loving soulmate and im very happy with him. I didnt think it was possible to move on from my twin, but i did it! So far this is what my soul has guided me to do.
