Used the same method for my custom superman composite minifigure (the half batman and half superman). It's a really cool trick if you want to use the batman mask on other faces that doesn't have that white line

Quick tip, use an old stretched cape, you can pull it down from the chin and it will look like the collar he wears

That was smart for the eyes, I would personally use the lego Batman movie head cause his eyes are squinting in a way and it makes him look like he’s wearing eye liner, that idea would be really good for Batman beyond though

A recommendation is using a black mando cape basically the cape of mando but it’s black, and if you have many of those Bruce wayne heads and would like to paint it with a sharpi or paint I recommend it. Of course only to cover the skin revealing from the cowl besides the mouth piece
