- Hi guys!! I'm so excited to share the results from my egg retrieval! It was soooo hard waiting all those days waiting for each status update 😓 and I wish the waiting is over, but we're still just getting started with our IVF journey. I also share in the video when we will be doing the transfer. ❤️ I can't wait to hear your answers to the questions in the video and otherwise, I hope you enjoyed this vlog and I can't wait to hear what you think about it!! ☺️☺️☺️

watching this a few years later but brings back so many memories for me and my IVF journey. I only got 3 eggs retrieved, 1 didn't make it past day 2 and they other two made it to 5 day blasts. They implanted the two and I got one healthy little girl out of it. Then I got a surprise baby a year ago. LIFE IS WILD. Also congratulations on your adorable little Aurora!
This is so good to read, on a day where I had my very first egg retrieval, and they got 0 eggs. 😞

We’re being told ICSI is our best case option so I am so so grateful to learn from your process!! And in a case like this I would want it to be as natural as possible too which includes not finding out the gender. Infertility takes away so many surprises so I think that would be one I want to hold onto. ❤️
Has a person who suffers from infertility I am so happy and grateful you allowed me to see the journey you are on. Me personally can’t afford IVF or any other procedure. Plus I am 45 now so I think I am too old to have a baby. That’s why we are trying to maybe adopt. I really hope this works for you 🤞🏾

I think you and Luca made the perfect choice of not revealing any type of results because you don't owe us or anyone any kind of update. So happy and excited for you guys! We did an IUI, so not the same, and I don't think I would want to pick to go in either, but we found out the gender at our 20 week ultrasound and I will definitely be doing that again whenever we are able to get pregnant again 🤞. Best of luck! ❤️

So exited for this video!!! You guys are the cutest ever and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you guys ♥️ My husband and I just went to out first fertility clinic appointment. Deep down I kind a know that we will need to go through treatment in order to conceive. If we end up doing IVF and the PGS testing I wouldn’t want to know to gender either. We would like to keep some things as natural as possible, have that excitement about a gender reveal.

Congratulations guys-so exciting!!! I did ovum donation and got hyper stimulated post retrieval and you’re not kidding about the swelling!!! I gained ten pounds of straight fluid and felt like a swimming pool in the belly section LOL!!! Hugs and prayers and can’t weight for your next good news 💕

Anna, thanks for sharing, I’m on day 5 post egg retrieval and this video gave me so much information on the past 4 days of my life. 😭 The way my hospital in Singapore works is that they only give you the final results on Day 8 so I had no idea what happened during the past few days. All I know was that they managed to retrieve 16 eggs in all. Now I just hope many as possible can make it. ☺️
Good luck! ❤️ Our first cycle we had 19 retrieved, 11 fertilized, 1 make it to freeze. That one passed PGS and is our son! We recently had 23 more eggs retrieved and 3 of them made it to freeze and all passed PGS. We didn’t find out gender until birth site our first and won’t plan to this time either. We’ll be transferring soon! Wishing you the best ❤️

Thank you for sharing all this information, I’m so happy for you both and will be praying for you when you do decide to do the transfer. I don’t think I would find out the gender, I decided if I’m lucky enough to have more babies then I wouldn’t find out the gender 💕

Anna Victoria, thank you so much for sharing this information at such detail. I’m currently reading the book “it starts with the egg” that you showed us in a past video. I had two miscarriages in one year and I’m now in emotional recovery time. My husband and I are evaluating go for IV with genetic evaluation, but I had some many questions, how is the process, physical and emotional. Your journey has been very helpful for me. God bless you for that, and I really wish God will grant the desire of your heart. :) XO

That's fantastic news! You've had a good amount of embryos passing the ngs-testing. I only get 20-30% that pass... So I kind of hate that part, but I know it's the best thing to do :)
