Ep181 Heading Home

I am on familiar waters now. Heading towards Burton on Trent, I stop at Alrewas for a couple of nights, then as long as we have no more rain I'll cross the River Trent to Wychnor. It is currently on an amber warning. Learn the custom of the Flitch of Bacon as we cruise down the river.

Not been there since 2004, Moored at Alrewas so we could get a cab to do the Marstons brewery tour it's a lovely place nice vlog as usual take care.😊

Alrewas is a popular spot to moor. It is often difficult to find a space. Not sure if the 4th pub, The Navigation, was still there in 2004, by Bagnall lock.
