On my Dell e6420 only two new keys were required in REGEDIT for LabConfig; namely, the BypassTPMCheck and BypassSecureBootCheck. Both were set to 1. Thanks for a nice short video. In Bios I did enable UEFI Boot.

Backed up everything, thank goodness. But this way worked better than other videos, a small price to pay having to restore files. I didn't want my laptop to brick, it wasn't compatible with certain window 10 updates so I decided to skip ahead.

I have a Dell E6530 which according to Dell is supported up to windows 10. I installed windows 11 on it as if it was supported. No error messages or bios adjustments. I went to Dell's support page and downloaded some drivers then they installed with no errors. I am absolutely blown away by this that I was able to do this.

Did you download the driver for Windows 10 on the Dell website?, Because there is no option for windows 11
@@jokotolekodim9387 Drivers have no issue with Windows 11 from Windows 10, It close by. The problems of Windows 11 OS is unsupported with TPM2 and CPU to install or upgrade as you know.

Use the windows health check app to determine if the computer meet requirements for windows 11. If not, then use the steps in the video to bypass and install win11

I want the browser data including the history, passwords, to be there after installing Win 11, how to do it? Other files I can save in another Driver in the same Laptop right? And would it be possible to update Windows 11 when there are updates available automatically? I have Dell Latitude e7250 (i7 5th Gen)
Unfortunately, a fresh install is required for these steps to work.

All these come installed with Win11, I recommend you use health check app to see your PC's recommendations

Minimum required RAM is 4GB for Win11. For stability due to unsupported device, win10 is good. You could try bypassing method for win11 and see if you like it.

No. I bypassed all the listed requirements by Windows Health Check App. Download the app on your computer first before proceeding.

Friend, I have that same laptop, I installed 8gb of Ram that works at 1600mhz but when I update the BIOS to version A26 the frequency of the ram drops to 1333mHz, how can I solve this problem so that the ram works at the established speed?
Hmmm. Have tried roll back the update? If not factory reset the laptop make sure you save all your data before factory reset

Your laptop could not detect the hard drive /SSD or a partition is corrupt in your drive.
You may try it...
Restart the computer and tap F12 to enter the BIOS interface.
Press the right arrow key on your keyboard until the Boot tab is opened. Move “Hard Drive” to the top of the boot order list by pressing “+” or “-”.
Save the changes and restart the computer

if i upgrade my dell latitude e6420 from windows 10 to windows 11, does it also include directx updates? because i cant launch some app that requires directx 11 even though my directx diagnostic shows that i installed directx 12 on my e6420. or can you make a tutorial about this directx issue?
You will have DirectX 12 version installed by default in Windows 11. You won't need to install anything else in order to enjoy improved graphics and audio in your computer

@@mstry.d Performance is good with wins11, it is better with SSD and 8Gb Ram. Not all apps run on win11 yet

I cant open the cmd window by pressing shift+F10... what should i do
Plug in the usb installation media and boot it like you want to do a fresh installation. When you get to the windows setup page, click on repair your computer. Then go to the troubleshoot tab, there you will see option with command prompt.

Goto the device manager, check the ethernet driver and update it. You may need to uninstall the ethernet driver and reinstall.

The performance of your Dell laptop will depend on if you have SSD and at least 8GB RAM. Windows 11 work smoothly on E6420
