Words cant explain how much love I have for Enter Shikari. Their easily my favorite band. And I have a HUGE variety of music. i can go from this to smooth jazz or something, but out of all those artists in the world, Enter Shikari is my favorite. When i listen to them, it just takes me somewhere, somewhere where everything is perfect. its like getting high off music

@@CrickeyNyan I would say probably not, but then not much good music has come out in the last 10years so if halcyon was over around 23/25 (as in a proper adult) when he wrote that then maybe it still is his favourite.
But I’m gonna assume that he was a teenager when he wrote that and you change a lot in ten years going from teen to adult. Also if he was a teen then he probably hadn’t really explored music and different bands properly yet so I would think the last ten years would’ve given him the opportunity to do that (also you become more open minded as you get older and mire likely to explore new things) and so he’s had ten years to realise that there are far better bands out there than enter shikari.
So if the dude is over 33 now then yep it probably is still his fave, and he just doesn’t have that good a taste in music.
If he’s under 28 now then he has probably matured and explored snd realised that enter shikari is far from his favourite.
And between 28-33? Well, that a mystery. Maybe he’s just living in eternal limbo.
How’s that for writing a novel to reply to something that only needed a sentence?

Enter Shikari was so ahead of their team with their music. Lyrically, compositionally and general sound could easily fit into todays music with a mixture of punk/electro metal core styles. Loved them back in this time and earlier and still love them now
This is the song to play extremely loud at night, because the neighbours feel they can really relate to it.

On the way to an enter shikari gig last year and about 15 kids sat on the top of an underpass and were singing this to the crowds of people walking to the gig. Probably the best moment of my life!

I remember the first time I heard this song, it was on whatever 4Music used to be and I honestly had no idea that something could sound this good, it was unlike anything I had ever heard and really opened my eyes.

I think the video itself is one massive metaphor. The big businessman bumping into Rou and not thinking twice about it is like, big businesses taking out smaller business and putting people out of jobs. The concert is like a working class revolution around this business' headquarters. At least, that's what I got from it, based on the visual metaphors used in the Juggernauts video.
