Here i am answer my own question as i have gone through the process and i have paid 2000 for 2 pages

meny Hec attestation ky liye documents send kiye thy through TCS . But i received without attestation and with objection that Matric and Inter Original degrees are missing . Then I resend my documents with Matric and Inter Original degrees through TCS on 15 of April (Verification Submit). Now its 15 May i did not receive my documents yet nor the status change on HEC( In process) and TCS .
