Sir, I want to apply for gks for undergraduate. To get my documents apostilled, do I need to get my intermediate and matric certificates attested by IBCC first and then have those attested documents apostilled by MOFA? Is it enough to get them apostilled only by MOFA, or do I also need to get them attested by the Korean embassy afterward? I am confused whether, after getting them attested by IBCC and MOFA, I need to get them attested by the Korean embassy as well, or can I just send them to the university as they are, or do they also need to be attested by the Korean embassy?

On sample, just write your name and all other details....that is not sample, that are the questions which needs to be answered.....you can edit same or write new one (both will be fine)

Sir I want to apply for gks scholarship so Sir I have confusion regarding the documents for the embassy track. For the embassy track, we need to send 4 sets of documents. My concern is about getting some documents apostilled, like our birth certificate, parents' ID cards, transcripts, and high school result cards/mark sheets. Since we need 4 sets for this track, do we need to get all these documents apostilled for each of the 4 sets, or do we get just one set apostilled and then make 3 photocopies for the remaining sets?
Please guide me on whether we need to get each of the 3 sets apostilled separately, or if one set will suffice and we can use photocopies for the rest. I'll be very grateful.

@Zainab-p6k only option is send hope certificate w/o apostille. If selected then submit result card till February (but better is to apply next year and give TOPIK also)

@Zainab-p6k in pakistan, you can't even apostille certificate of enrollment. Maybe you can notarize only. Certificate of enrollment you can get from your college

In all other countries, they apostille photocopies but in Pakistan they make trouble....I suggest you to contact NIIED via email and explain them your situation (I can't suggest anything guaranteed unfortunately)

Ok so let me summarize it for GKS-U.
First we have to bring our matric and fsc marksheet and certificate to our board along with their 2 or 3 photocopies and after that we have to bring it to ibcc for further procedure and after this we have to bring all the documents to Mofa for apostilling right?
I also want to know that like do we have get our Birth registration certificate and id card copies and passport copies apostilled too along with our FRC?

Passports, Id card copies no need....if you have passport, no need to submit birth certificate and ID card. Passports and FRC is enough
