- My desk setup has taken me nearly two years to build. I’m always changing things out or rearranging my furniture around. After uploading this video, I actually purchased a 38-inch LG Ultrawide monitor to replace the BenQ 35-inch. Follow me on instagram for more updates!

You’re getting better and better every time - it’s so much fun following your development Matt!! I’m excited for the next video already 🙌🏼
Thanks Tobi, I appreciate it! I'm not sure when I'll release another video, it takes up a lot of time and I really don't know what the next project will be 😅
I love the duration of this video- short and sweet, right to the point. Definitely a breath of fresh air. Keep it coming!
Great video mate. Looking forward to seeing you smash 2021 with videos, growth and collabs.
Thanks for love and support Chris!
Such a high-quality video man, everything is so perfect and on point 🤩
Sup Riccardo, thanks for checking this out! 🙏🏼

Thanks Kevin, I'll keep trying and we will see what happens 🙂
One of the best visually interesting desk tours yet, loved all the moving shots!!!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
One thing I was curious to see was the cable management setup for your new desk layout. That could be a neat adaptation to your desk series if you’re looking for ideas! Great work :)
this setup i have to say, is everything I ever wanted
Me too
Really nice video bro lots of love ❤❤❤
I needed that awesome looking chair
Insane setup!!!
This is one of the desk setups I really like. Keep up the good work, bro.
Thank you so much! 🙂
wont get tired seeing your set up Matt! More videos please!
Why hello Lloyd 👋 Thanks for taking the time to watch this video man, I really appreciate it!
Oh my god Matt! You're putting us all to shame! I love your setup! So well put together & so much great gear!!
Haha noooo - thanks for checking it out Max!
As for the hub I’ve been checking out the ts3 cal digit or the Anker docking station power Expand Elite 13 in 1.
Amazing setup, epic footage! Loved the black and white theme!
Thank you!
Amazing setup Matt and the b-roll at the end is nuts 👌🏼
Thanks Fabian, trying to get better at the b-roll
This is honestly one of the most beautiful set-ups I've ever seen. The only thing to complain is about the hub, there's plenty of good options on amazon. Congrats.
this is sooo amazing
maaan
im in LOVE
Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Love the Sayl chair! I just bought one in black/gray and it’s on the way.
Niceeee
Great video, I’ve followed you on Instagram for a while and I love your content and it has inspired me to make my own nice desk setup.
Hi Lex, thank you so much! I'm glad to hear you are building your own desk setup and I appreciate the support!
I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS DUDE.... You are improving your videos every-time~
One quick suggestion: Keep the video length more than 10 min~
Thanks and I tried to make it longer but I was getting burnt out haha - hopefully on the next one!
superb setup bro
Thank you!
Nicely done Matt. Really beautiful work.
Thanks!
From Instagram to Blowing up on CZcams soon ! .. So happy for you man.
Thank you so much Husain, I’m not sure about blowing up but I appreciate the kind words my friend!
Hey how are you able to connect the small monitor with the big one to make it two screens instead of one
Your video reminded me of some old school bose speakers I had lying around. Decided to hook them up to my iMac. Great video!
Nice and thanks for watching!
What a setup man! Perfect video
Thanks for checking it out!
Great video! Love the setup!
Thanks!
Please when you blow up continue creating this humble down to earth videos
I will try and thank you!
Beautiful set up. I suggest some reviews on the products you use, especially that amazing chair! Keep up the good work.
Thank you and I will consider reviewing a few products in the near future.
Very nice!
You did a wonderful job on this video, rising star 🌟
Thanks Michael! 🙏🏼
Cool setup!
Great content!
what is the macbook stand for the cover picture of the video ?
State of the Art! Very Nice. You will be tempted to expand without ruining the aesthetic. Enjoy!
Thank you! Cheers!
Well done. Nicely presented. Audio sounded great!
Thanks Mike, the audio is something I'm still trying to improve and get the hang of but I appreciate the positive feedback!

Please i need a recommendation for a smart touch screen for about 24-27 inch or bigger...can you recommend for me? Thanks
You 're setup was very beautiful
love all your setup. the only thing i would say though is your typing experience would go to the next level with a mechanical keyboard. i thought it was just over hype with the current trend but it was actually a worlds difference for me. and aesthetically you can customize the keys and look of the keyboard.
I can 100% recommend the CalDigit T3+ hub. I've used it with a MBP and now an XPS and it's so so good. Single cable to the XPS and then everything else is connected to the hub.
I've been eyeing the CalDigit T3+ for awhile, it seems to be the best option right now. Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks for this video and some cool ideas! Regarding USB-C hubs - may favorite is the Stay Go from Twelve South.
Thanks for watching Michael! I actually ordered a StarTech TB3 dock, it's coming in next week, I can't wait to set it up!
Hey, awesome setup... You gave me some idea on how to incorporate my 4K travel monitor with my Mac setup... thanks for the video :)
That's great AJ! Yeah the portable monitor works great at the desk and thanks for watching!
Always the best 👌 bro
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hello someone knows, what kind of table is this?! Or with what name can I look for it?!
Super clean setup Matt. SUBBED!
Thank you so much man!
The beginning was ASMR galore
How do you find this new LG monitor? Recommended?
Can you have two monitors, one touch screen and Windows touch mode on it and Windows desktop on the other monitor?
Hey Matt ! Nice setup. I’m moving to Austin next month to begin the process of learning to software develop. Looking to make a similar setup
hahaha you make me want an ultrawide Matt. Fantastic
YES! Get one, you will love it!
Hey, what stand did you use for the monitor?
I know that she did not post a link to the under desk locking drawer! Care to tell us where you got that from?
Awesome video! Thank you sir.
Thanks for watching!
Can you make a video on how to afford these stuffs for my desk too ? 😁 😂
Nice! Can you let me know where you got your rug please? Thanks
This is good mate! Cheers!
Thank you! Cheers!
🔥🔥
Nice setup
Thanks!
Very nice man!
Thanks Jimmy!
Awesome video. Can I ask if you if you can do a video on how you pan and shoot across all the items in your video?
Thanks! I plan on making a video on how I shoot content for my instagram account next. 😉
Very nice video dude!
Thanks man!
Hello friend! Thank you for posting this video. I was curious as to your thought processes on a Dual monitor setup versus an ultrawide.
Also, I would assume you wouldn't recommend that light to anyone who needs to use their monitor's webcam, correct? Or does the light not mess with cameras too much?
So I actually use a dual monitor setup at my work and the ultrawide at home and for me, the ultrawide is nice because of less cables. But I do enjoy the dual display setup as well. I guess it'll depend on what you use it for. I edit videos at home and I like using the ultrawide because the timeline looks great on there.
As for the ScreenBar, if you're using a built in webcam, you can just turn the light off but if you have an external webcam, I think you can still have the light but you just can't turn it on while the cam is on?
너무 멋집니다. 너무 깔끔하네요
Caldigit TS3 Plus is the best dock for use with MacBook Pro
oo yes I wanna do a similar video to this in the future!
Hey yeah I recognize you, thanks for the sub and following me on instagram. I look forward to seeing your video once you release it!
Yeah that was good ☺️
Hi, where did you buy the Satechi adapter. I have been searching for a while that one for my MacBook. Because I need that it only have one usb-c connector. I have the MacBook 12” 2015
I believe you can find it on Amazon or here: satechi.net/products/satechi-type-c-pass-through-usb-hub-with-usb-c-charging-port?variant=27299169161
How do you like your chair??
A perfect video doesn’t exi-
😅🙏🏼
Excite me?
check out the caldigit ts3 plus dock. best dock i have used. Currently run my razer blade 15 off of it but works well with mac as well.
Thanks for the recommendation!
I’d love to see a cable management video!
I’m not sure it’s worthy of a video, I just zip tied them in a bundle and tuck it away from view 😅
So can you connect two external monitors to MacBook without and adaptor ?
Yes you can connect two displays directly to the thunderbolt port! You might be able to do 4 but I never tried.
love this video! This the dream set up! I'm not sure what your budget is for a mac dock but I'm thinking about investing in the Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock. It's like $500 CAD but all the ports and the sleek look, I think would look great with your set up!
Thanks Francesca! I’ve actually been looking at the OWC Thunderbolt 4 Dock, it’s preorder right now but you should check it out, I think it’s better than the Elgato and it’s only $249 USD.
Very clean video. What is the big desk mat underneath the mouse pad ?Any links to that product?
Please check the description, the large one is from Grovemade.com and the smaller one is from Deltahub.io.
Nice video!, But please send me the link for the iphone stand where we can get it?, I don't see in the description
It’s from grovemade.com
Cool at fist sight
Great set up great shots do you know name of the wall paper?
Just Google “macOS Big Sur Vector Wallpaper” - there’s a few different ones you can choose from.
There are certain things I don't like about your desk setup, but never though of a headphone stand on a shelf on the wall. Very interesting idea. Where can I find that shelf?
Anyone know where i can get that wallpaper?
Please google "macOS Big Sur wallpaper"
Man, you need to get the Caldigit TS3+. It's a little more expensive, but totally worth the price. One cable for everything - charging, dual monitor setup, USB A and C ports, digital audio out, 1Gb Ethernet and more. The best thing is that it also powers your MacBook up - so you don't have to worry about the power brick anymore.
Thanks for the recommendation!
Great footage and great video. I have the same mic and I experience a bit of what you did in this video. it cracks up a bit if you’re too close and speak directly into it. then again, we need to be really close anyways :) I love your setup, having a screen in front of your screen like that reaminds me of how I sometimes have my iPad in front of my screen. I’m working on my desk setup video as well and it is refreshing to watch other’s videos. Thanks!
Thanks Martin! I actually added a cheap pop filter and it helps out a lot.
@@MattNVZION awesome!!
Cool set up. I’ve tried the Sayl. It’s good, but not as good as the steelcase gesture which is much more comfortable and versatile.
Thanks for sharing!
wallpaper pls
Great video. Would love to see your camera setup as well
Thanks Aamir! I do plan on making a video about my camera gear and how I shoot my photos, it’s a great suggestion.
Awesome video. I also fall in love with those wallpapers. From where did you get those?
Hi, thanks! Just google "macOS Big Sur wallpaper"
The Delta mouse pad, in what condition is it after so much use?
Hi, I’ve had it for a few months and it still looks and feels like new but I am not too aggressive with it.
So you have two tables in your office. What is the second one for?
I shoot a lot of product photography so it was nice to have a second desk to shoot on.
Team Ultrawide!!!
Btw, I'm not a MacBook user but I think the CalDigit Thunderbolt Hubs are pretty nice
YES 🙌🏼 And yeah I've seen the CalDigit TS3+ it's at the top of my list right now after weeks of comparing a few. Thanks Shen!
Great video man. Just came across you randomly.
If you're looking for a hub for your desktop use, I recommend the CalDigit TS3 Plus dock. It can easily take out all of those cables you're using with your Macbook Pro along with those ports on the hub and you would just need 1 USB-C cable going to the laptop. You can use your current hub in your bag for on-the-go stuff and just keep the CalDigit on your desk. Great quality dock.
Hey thanks for watching and quite a few people recommended the TS3+ but I recently came across some Thunderbolt 4 docks, so I may buy one of those instead, the OWC one to be specific.
@@MattNVZION that OWC TB4 dock looks like a great one. I may get one myself!
How can i get that wallpaper ?
Just google "macOS Big Sur Wallpaper"
Man, this setup is very clean-looking and aesthetically pleasing! How do you keep everything so organized?
Just try to keep only the essentials and discard or hide everything else? 😅
Oh me again i thinl you should do some video editing tutorial since your a pro...like how you started and what you did exactly to get better...and how to edit videos to practice without going out to record...since i need a better camera 😂. Excited for future content with your top quality
I am considering my next video to show how I shoot my photos for my instagram account, as for how I shoot my videos, I may do this in the near future, thank you for the suggestion!
What's the drawer organizer you took the Satechi hub from?
Great video tho.
It’s an accessory that you can buy from my desk maker: upliftdesk.com
Hey man! I have a similar LG monitor 35" 3440 x1440 with a MBP, but do you find you can't get the resolution to scale low? I came from a 32" 4k where everything was able to get to a significantly better and sharper resolution. Is that the same for you?
Hi David, are you saying your 35” won’t run the full res with the MBP? If so, I ran the full resolution just fine. I actually have a 49-inch 5120x1440 now and my M1 MBP 13 is running it at full resolution with no issues.
Make a video of how you work on your widescreen. Idk about Mac, but on windows you have a variety of tools to choose from, like displayfusion, windows power tools etc, to really customize your display and optimize your work flow. I think they are essential for wide-screen. Also next time you upgrade consider a wide screen with an incorporated USB hub!
Hi, I will definitely consider this suggestion. With the LG monitor, I can use the screen split application to run multiple windows and yeah a USB Hub on the next monitor is a must!
where did you find that wallpaper? great video!
It’s a default macOS Big Sur wallpaper and thanks!
Wont glass not scratch?
If you are referring to the glass mat, there may be micro scratches but you don't see it. It's very durable!
