Oslo is located in Eastern Norway and occupies an arc of land at the northernmost end of the Oslofjord. The city has a population of about 1.7million in the metropolitan area. In 2013 Oslo tied with the Australian city of Melbourne as the fourth most expensive city in the world, according to the EIU's Worldwide Cost of Living study.
From the Oslo Opera house to watching a football match in the Ullevaal Stadion this video guide shows you a mix of activities and sights in Oslo.

This brought back some great memories. Near Holmenkollen is Frognerseteren, a 19th century restaurant with the best apple cake in Oslo.
Not to forget Oslo Vinterpark next to Holmenkollen, where U can do both downhill and nordic skiing, normally from November till April. Wether party, culture, history, nature, cuisine, sports - Oslo is a perfect full service provider.
