1) Craigslist Free Section
2) Many free items on facebook marketplace
3) Get knowledgable about how much a certain item will sell for and then look for that item at a deeper discount to build your profit. Once you know you can buy a $30 item for $18, thats when you make the purchase. Boom $12 profit!
I do the same thing but on a bigger scale with real estate. I find an owner that wants to sell me their home for 210K and I find a buyer that wants the property and will pay 225K for that same house. BOOM 15K profit!

That's something I'd love to do on the side, too. Ricky has the advantage of not paying sales tax in his state on used cars, so I'd have to buy out of state for it to be worthwhile.

GrahamStephan Yes, not to be negative but realistic- Ricky makes it sound very very easy with his fast-talk - don’t forget he has a team and a dealer friend that handles tax/title exchanges. So be prepared to send out titles, wait 7-10 day to receive the new title AND have the space for bikes&cars sit on your property AND the patience to deal with the very shady people on Craigslist for sh*tty ROI... No thanks!
It's not that easy -- it can take months to sell an exotic car.
the sophisticated term is "arbitrage"--stocks, bonds, commodities, futures, fx, houses, cars, boats, motorcycles, jewelry, artwork, debt, collections, liens, retail, etc.

That's actually how I got my seed money for REI... hustling cars from the auction house... huge margins for profit which funded my first two properties.
im 20 years old, I'm a business owner and just hit the point where my business is mostly running its self. I'm now working on getting my real estate license and will have it by march, while taking classes I'm shadowing an agent and roll playing and learning the basics/tactics. my goal for 2019 is to make $150k only from selling real estate.

My goal is to design and build my own home and office in the next 2 years. Me and my fiancee do architectural design so its not too unrealistic, but construction loans are hard to obtain because we're are in our 20's still.

The mindset component of this is correct. I came out of the closet as an entrepreneur later in life and have reached and exceeded goals that I never thought possible. In my 20s I just was inclined to work hard and accept whatever reward came my way.

You have to do a lot of research to profit flipping cars. I personally met people who had the same idea, and lost money in every deal. Until eventually gave up with a big loss.

The way I started was with very cheap cars. Buy a car with minimal problems, hopefully just basic body and paintwork, then clean it up with minimal effort and make a tidy profit. I've turned over $800 cars for $1300 with a day of fixing paint and detailing. Just start small.

You can only sell 5 cars I believe in California before you need a dealers license plus you have to pay registration fees before selling to new owner there’s no way to flip cars & get away with it in Cali .... as of Motorcycles im not too familiar with em.

Also you can hear when he says "flip cars and motorcycles" he means start up a small business in something you know A LOT about (the platforms they trade on, and the specific markets involved) and then find deals and connect buyers and sellers.
It is very easy to say and when it comes to do...you either get lucky, have a knack, or just keep banging at it till the numbers work in your favor.

Online. So many income streams you could setup that you pay this out...it wouldn't be 100% passive but you can put in the work upfront to set it up to run for awhile.
I just started trading stock and doing p2p trading ive only really made $20 and its been about a month but im reinvesting it and staying optimistic.
