I struggle with severe depression and it’s hard for me to do normal everyday things such as cleaning my room, get ready for the day, brushing my teeth and even taking a shower (please don’t hate on me for this I’m so ashamed and feel disgusted with myself) and I’m trying to work on it but every time I finally feel my spark coming back I go right down hill and back to where I originally was and honestly Kate your confidence and happiness is a light in my darkness and I just wanna thank you for that🩷

The first day I started shaving, my mom said “don’t get to confident, or u will go to fast and cut yourself” guess what I did. The first day went super well, so I gained confidence. 2nd day I tried to do it quick. I got a huge, deep cut in my ankle 😅 lesson learned
