We are always tired and lethargic after a european game. Cant say we will lose because it gets thrown back in my face. However cant see us producing a electric 1st half performance again this season. The lads will be exhausted and deflated. On a different note i am now convinced moyes is off at the end of the season. He dont care now either.

Palace has a young, vibrant quick team. We will be knackered after last night and Moyes will only change the left back and to fit Paqueta in. The rest of them (if fit) will be told to go again. We are generally fatigued and awful after a Thursday game. Expecting a defeat and the end of our European hopes - and hopefully the end of Moyes too
Moyes has killed our season , the sooner he leaves the better , enough of him he’s toxic

It does seem a bit embarrassing that Palace can get a guy like Glasner in yet according to all the pundits and opposition fans Moyes is the best we can do.

Must win game? Nah! The season's over and Europe's over (for a while?) It's been a good 3-4 years but the ownership doesn't really want to step up to the next level. Cant see us hanging on to Bowen and Kudus let alone Paqueta. Alvarez will likely get poached too.

Paqueta and Emerson will be nicely rested and Kudus never looks tired. Considering how little our midfield actually runs forward (they usually stroll at best) I don't think 'tired' is the correct word to use.

Hiya lads great video and I agree with everything you both said but I think cornet should come on as a sub for Antonio if he starts lagging but think we need to start Antonio bowen kudus and paqueta bring back Emerson and areola we need to attack and not sit back no sideways and back passing that does nothing for us
I think moyes has to be respected for what he has achieved for us however, I find him to vile and a change needs to happen in the summer.

Crystal Palace can follow the German model. Defend the first half for 0-0, until our players are knackered, and then bring on Eze and Elyse with fresh legs to muller us.
It depends which Moyes turns up. If it's first half Moyes we win, if it's second half Moyes we'll be lucky to get a draw. Parking the bus will be pointless in both senses.

This isn't about quality, this is about mentality and Moyes hasn't got a clue so it'll be more of exactly the same. I have a feeling Bowen and/or Antonio will be rested for the start. This game could go either way and tbh honest, I think euro qualification is already beyond our reach considering the games we have and that the Prem won't be getting the extra places. If we lose this though it will confirm it. Oh... and remember, our last clean sheet in the Prem was a 0-0 home draw against Brighton on Jan 2nd.

Season finally over today thank God, if we had beaten the likes of Burnley, Sheffield etc etc etc we probably would have qualified for Europe already, not deluded like most, pretty average season all in all....
I actually can see us losing this one. It’s so hard to immediately step back on the pitch both physiologically and mentally. Our side will have had a huge adrenaline crash and it takes a few days to reboot from that. I’ll say this, Paqueta and Emerson had better play their asses off. Especially Paqueta who better have had a good reason for not being at the game last night. Even Flynn Downes was there.

Look I am Moyes out and have been for a long while. The cup saved him for sure last year, but we haven't been a good team for over 2.5 years league points wise/with type of football played. Question I would like to ask without bias is the Moyes out/in generational ? I am convinced that if you are under 30 you are Moyes in for various reasons and that's fine no argument from me. However if you are Moyes out I am pretty sure you ate over 40 and seen the highs and lows and I have understanding of who we are.
Is the there a "west ham way" there is 100%. Is the west ham way relevant in 2024? And should it be?.

Glasner was my top pick to replace Moyes. I think he would've provided some continuity with our playing style, that being said Glasner is perhaps a bit more "expansive".

Preview indicates possibility of an almost full squad to chose from, with mention of injured players potentially able to play. However,......no mention of Moyes expensive mistake Phillips. No need to consider playing him, despite cost, yet we can let Ben Johnson leave on a free, despite his reasonable wage demand, regardless of how much we have used him this season.
