What other legendary lineman should we have on the pod?🤔⬇️
Jason Kelce
Larry Allen would be epic
Vince wilfork
Allen branch
Cam Heyward
What he did might be crazier than what Brady did. Being a 42 year old offensive lineman is insane.
Definitely. But lineman get no recognition.
He was 39 years old when he retired. Amazing career. Edit: Oh he was actually 40! And he played in the SB.
@@miker9825 He was actually 41. So, right in the middle of what I said and what you said. At least that’s what it says when I google it. Whether it was 39, 40, 41, or 42 it’s still an amazing accomplishment. Unprecedented. He’s the oldest offensive lineman to play in the league, and the oldest to win a SB.
It's unbelievable really. Brady played until 45 as a QB. I put Whitworth right up there with Brady on longevity.
I’m sorry absolutely insane but no no it isnt
That piano intro slaps every DAMN time. Best sports podcast out right now. Love you Jules!
also this pod will go nuts when TB comes on
But they gotta do it in Norwood in rt 1
Will break the internet for sure
Yes
Great show. I always respected and appreciated Whitworth.
I can’t stop staring at Whit’s hands. They’re cartoonishly large! What a badass interview though. Love the O-line breakdown too.
He definitely has a Basketball player’s hands!
When I was a kid, I got to meet a Rams offensive lineman, Adam Timmerman, at a Rams game in St Louis. I remember shaking his hand and thinking “He could cover my entire head with one hand” He was super nice. He was in a hurry and he took time to stop and say hi anyway.
Jules, you're doing such a great job with this pod. I really love the attitude you bring to hosting - balancing your expertise with allowing the guests to speak and really let each episode be distinct.
Miss seeing you out there moving the chains.
As a Cincinnatian, I couldn’t be more excited for this episode… although there will be pain involved, I’m so happy big Whit got himself a ring finally. After all his years here in Cincinnati being wasted, I’m genuinely happy for this man. He did everything right when he was here. And even though his ring came at the expense of my hometown team, we still got time with Burrow, whereas big Whit was retiring. Absolutely incredible person.
Andrew Whitworth is a guy's guy! What a dude!
Sweet, always was amazed by this guy, bro would be out there manhandling guys younger than him, he’s got that old man strength a BEAST
Whit is the man, O-line talk is top tier
“Como se dice uhhh that was a fuckin sick ass goal” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I laughed hard
Love the pod!!
We miss you on the Rams big Whit
This is amazing! Awesome o-line content from Big Whit!
Awesome episode
Great interview, love Big Whit! He needs his own podcast.
Thank you.
If you could get pat to talk about the colts vs pats game in Indy where they tried that fake punt. That episode would go viral
I would love for you to talk more about the 28- 3 comeback and your intuition that this would be the greatest story of all time.
We all luv this stuff, when whitworth was breaking down his position everyone was mouth open listening
I thought Andrew was Mark Schlereth for a sec by the thumbnail. But on that note you should get Schlereth on too 😎
Product of West Monroe Louisiana. I worked at hotel and had the pleasure of taking care of his family . Great family great people
Who Dey! Love ya Big Whitt
17:40 Two O linemen that have done broadcasting, aside from Andrew Whitworth, are Dan Dierdorf and Mark Schlereth. Schlereth is great at breaking plays down.
3/29/24, 5:38 p.m.
Can you show your shelf back there?
Does anybody know what kind of slides Jules is wearing? I want a pair
This makes even more sense when you realized he’s a Hydra agent
JULES
My fav play: Super Bowl 51 best catch
Fav memory: this is gonna be a hell of a story and “for your mom”😢❤
Big Whit is pure class
Craft talk was nice
Need a Jason Kelce super bowl 52 episode like I need to breathe!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool
9:02 Lmao😂( Wussup Niners)💪💪💪
Definitely missed. Should been 9.9 Aaron Donald's legacy of the greatest player of football in NFL
history . Great show you got a new subscriber here fellas.
As a bengals fan this one hurt man
I believe Edelman was injured in 2018 which is why he mentioned 2011 losing the SB rather than 2018 against the Eagles.
Bruce Matthews played 19 yrs until age 40 and Jackie Slater played 20 yrs until age 41. Big Whit is in some HOF company.
I wanted Whit to win a ring. But not against us as a Bengals fan. lol
I need to see Steve Harvey on this show!
Yo Jules, great pod BUT u gotta get Brady and Belicheck on here soon. U going break the net when they come on.
We need Lawrence Taylor on !!!!!! One of the giants Super Bowls!!!
Imagine if they picked super bowl 53 for this episode.
Salt of the Earth ….. love JW
AW
"you jerk" and "Oozing" should be on t shirts
I seen his name in Madden 24 as a scout
Just OOZING ass cheese …. lol brutal
you gotta get troy polamalu on on the pod
Jules got on them wax on wax off 7's
jules, jack get big VVVVVVVVVVVV
You gotta have Big Dick Nick to talk about SuperBowl 52... The Philly Special Super Bowl.....
Anthony Sherman a product of New England too bad the Patriots didn't pick him up and he played his entire career with Kansas City cuz that North too bad the Patriots didn't pick him up and he played his entire career with Kansas too bad the Patriots didn't pick him up that would have been a Cinderella story The kid from North Attleboro dominates and then gets an NFL contract to the local team.. there's been a lot of good candidates coming out of the Massachusetts area lately
Can we get Devin Hester or Brian Urlacher on
Logan Wilson got screwed. just played great coverage. still haunts me. and yes we all seen the insanely horrible no call on Tee
Do the viking biggest comeback in history!!!!
Get: Randy Moss, Chris hogan, Jimmy G (lol), Dorsett, Travis Kelce, or AB
He is a cool guy.
Great guests , great host obviously, great content, but I can’t stop watching this show because of the HUMAN BOBBLEHEAD DOLL PRODUCER!!
That shoulder to head width ratio is an anti-Fibonacci phenomenon!! Cant stop watching just for him to flash on the screen! How does his head stay on!??!
Love what he said about the Rock,..getting off the field. Pedowood needs to stay off the field including their disgusting halftime nightmares.
sucks to hear that just because you play a certain "non flashy" position like OL that you are UNABLE to SPEAK. We really gotta respect the guys in the past bc thats fucked up and that is the most important part of the entire team besides the damn qb and DE.
Bro k hate adds I have 7000 before minute 5 😒
Matt Stafford and Brees? They arent even close. Come on.
I know matt by a mile
AW is the biggest bandwagon fan ever lmfao. Grew up in the 80s/90s rooting for the 49ers and cowboys and then "because there was no pro sports in northern Louisiana" was a DUKE fan 😂😂😂
A classic example of a Super Bowl ruined by bad officiating
What???
I cant stand the whole streaming NFL games. Just keep them on TV.
Lfg
I didn’t think I’d like this pod
Dude is very smart, great pod
But
F Stafford he’s a rat for not capitalizing with megatron
Detroit’s average defense w/ Stafford: 20th
Detroit’s average rushing game w/ Stafford: 26th
Detroit’s WRs 2009-2020: Led the NFL in drops
@@_SC00T bro megatron, Suh, slay, bush, it was a solid team, Stafford had us playing from behind non stop, we hardly ever got out to a fast start. He screwed us, happy he’s gone.
I’m so glad they dropped the “comedian” from this show.
You must be fun at parties
@@iancollins386he could be you never know
Suck it
Who?
Who was that? That Lewis Black guy?
Love the show big rams fan love big whit i just died laughing at the big feet joke hahaha not much lmfao
