    That's about 3x the speed I can handle, but you showed me alot of motion tracking tips!

    Sure there are lots of steps, bu they are not difficult.

    Positioning the plane to the marker instead of manually grabbing and moving the plane around, couldn't you shift+S cursor to selected then select the plane then shift+S again selected to 3d cursor to get it exactly where the 3d tracker is? Or is there a reasoning behind not doing it that way?

    I always have bad orientation when I select 3 points and then hit FLOOR button...always not matches to the scene. I tried selected other points, no results. Always that problem that's why I hate it. I use plugin After Effects to Blender, super fast and accurant
